I thought it was more a criticism of the hysterics on here?
I don't recall who said and can't be bothered reading posts that make no sense. but they mentioned that customers were partly to blame due to their inquisitive nature regarding their own account and whether the system was back online or words to that affect.
What hysterics are you talking about ? if you mean people actually wanting to use the money thats in their own account nearly 2 days after the update was supposed to be concluded call me hysterical if thats what you wish.0 -

You mean this one?

Can I suggest you start living up to your username and post fact rather than fiction?older_wiser wrote: »

From what I recall you were advised numerous times how to access your money yesterday?
You seem to like to have arguments on here and then report people to the moderators on here when you don't like the answers you get back.
Older and wiser indeed...0 -
If it ever had any, the bickering on MSE has lost its entertainment value.0

Well what a disaster, had enough. I’ve done a current account switch, now I’m worried they will mess that up :rotfl::rotfl:0

It wasn't that post in fact i hadn't read it until you reposted it.
So i've made complaints to moderators about your replies or posts ? :rotfl: what are you on about ?
not everything is about you so you can take that as a 100% fact based denial why would i complain when i can just ignore your posts as i will be from now on.0 -
Well, having just visited the branch, it's what we scientists would call a complete and utter fustercluck. Nothing works. Couldn't transfer funds from one account to another, couldn't even print a statement. To say the staff are beyond frustrated is to radically understate things.
Heads - senior, C-level heads - must roll for this.0 -

For others who commented on 1st world problems regarding me trying to access my account using an iphone x or ipad i have one word for you codswallop pure and simple and i'll leave it at that.
Well I'll hold my hand up and say I was one of the people commenting that some customers might be logging in and accessing online banking out of curiosity rather than genuine need and that this wouldn't be helping the situation for other customers who really needed to get in and do something.
One of the updates from TSB earlier today said that access to the site was being rationed, in order that those who do get in have a better user experience (aka, it might actually work) - which confirms the validity of the comment that too many people trying to log in for a looksee would have exacerbated the problems.
I've "fallen silent" today simply because there was nothing new worth commenting on. It is a shame that some other people don't follow the same approach, but instead feel the need to comment on things even when they apparently don't remember what they are commenting about."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
