Then look into the income levels for help with Court fees and think about an appeal...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

To be honest, I don't mind appealing as long as they won't add anything else if I lost. I don't mind the £100 appeal fees but not anything else on top.Are you up for appealing instead? Costs you £100 as a court fee. Think about it.0 -
Ok, I'll do that. Can I use a solicitor for my appeal? I'm not sure I can do this alone a 2nd time..... Are there really no win no fees solicitors? Maybe I can use them! Then look into the income levels for help with Court fees and think about an appeal...0 -
usually your union would have legal aid as part of your membership, so what happened when you contacted them ?
and what happened when you complained to your MP about the trust ?
ie:- using these principles ?

I'm not sure she fancies hospital staff very much cos she mentioned she sees this all the time, people ignoring their letters when they could have paid the reduced rate of £30.00.
It is sad that there are still judges around who return home at night to Jurassic Park ?
When the time comes and she needs medical help, she will expect the best and would not want to hear .... "we have seen all this before" ??
Disgusting judge who now needs FULL SCAM TRAINING0 -
My union gave me a defence argument to use like everyone else did on here so I focused on here. I should have gone back to them for more help as they advised but I thought I was doing ok. Now you mentioned, I will go back to them. Thanks.usually your union would have legal aid as part of your membership, so what happened when you contacted them ?
I did not involve my MP in the end.
I contacted my trust like a 10 times. They were not replying my emails and not picking up calls and when calls were answered the person I needed to speak to was never available.0 -
Can I use a solicitor for my appeal?
Re-read my replies. I already told you that, and named one...the firm that handled the Jopson appeal might be interested in doing this for you for little or no fee, who knows.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't think you want to do this alone. No win no fee solicitors will require some type of insurance from you in case they lose so that statement is not really true
Your union rep is the best idea for advice to see if you can get legal aid0 -
When she was talking, I was just thinking in my head if she was the judge or the claimant's solicitor. Maybe I was naive but I thought they were meant to be impartial. When the time comes and she needs medical help, she will expect the best and would not want to hear .... "we have seen all this before" ??
Anyway that's done now. I'm looking for a way forward. May be an appeal based on the fact that she allowed them to add the non existence £60 on each ticket.
I have to leave for work now. I will reply messages when I get back and have had a sleep tomorrow. Thank you so much all. x0
