Hello all
I have the Direction Questionnaire, what do I do next please?
Thank you.
You will not be surprised to hear that the next thing to do is go back to the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where you will find comprehensive guidance on how exactly to answer every question on that form.0 -
OMG can you imagine if everyone came back and asked this every time?Hello all
I have the Direction Questionnaire, what do I do next please?
Thank you.
Think about what we are juggling here - always re-read the sticky thread, first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Thank you all. Will do just that.0

Le_Kirk, KeithP and Coupon-mad. Thank you all for your replies. Form is now completed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. I will stick to the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread in future unless I am stuck.0

Send the completed DQ to the same email address you sent your Defence.
See post #61.
Remembering of course to send a copy to the Claimant.0 -
Will do. Thanks.0

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope you've had a good one.
I now have my court date in January. I am preparing to send all evidence that I have to Scs Law and to the court. Just a few questions now having read the NEWBIES THREAD.
1) Is my next letter to the court (elaborating my defence) also known as the SKELETON ARGUMENTS? OR do I need another letter to make as my skeleton?
I have already prepared my arguments/statement to go with my evidence very neatly for the judge. Well labelled, separated and numbered correctly, with a front page showing where what is. Singned and dated too.
2) I read about Claimants sometimes not turning up, if UKPC's representative doesn't turn up, but their solicitor from SCS law is there, would this still count as UKPC not turning up?
3) Do I then claim cost for turning up?
Thank you.

UKPC will not turn up. The owner of UKPC, Rupert Williams will be too yellow bellied to be trashed in court.
That is why UKPC use third class cheapo legals.
The courts already know that UKPC are a fraudulent company, come to that, so do the BPA ???
Continue as if going to court and get your costs schedule ready when you win0 -
