I ordered a complete bathroom including a spa bath.
The dimensions of the shower cubicle was wrong so we had to send it back. We asked how many boxes to send back a they dont give very detailed invoices and my husband ended up sending back all the taps. \they didnt wnat us to open boxes and said the taps were in the bath and sink boxes !
My plumber took all day installing the bath only to find that there was a mark in the bath where someone had filled in a hole and the one of the jets leaked water. This was clearly a second hand bath despite me spending over £500 on it.
This all happened in december and Im still trying to get a replacement bath since early december 2010.
My bathroom was suppossed to be finished by xmas I will be amazed if it gets finished by easter ! They ignore emails the dont repsond to phone messages and they blame everyone but themselves.
They requests photo/video evidence bit thier computers wont accept large files. A still photo is no good at showing leaks.

That's a shame. We've been using them quite a bit, last time in September, and found them to be nothing but helpful. We had a couple of wrong pieces arrive and we had replacements the following day and then they collected the wrong pieces the following week.

There was one lady who was rather moody, but I asked to speak to the person I'd spoken to earlier in the week who had been incredibly helpful finding me the product code for an individual side panel where I'd forgotten to order the full shower unit, and she couldn't do enough for me.

Deliveries always on time and we'd had quite a few by the end of it as the order was £3000 odd.

Has anyone ever bought any of their Sienna bathroom furniture? It seems a really good deal, but I'm worried the quality is going to be rubbish

No, I haven't. You're right, I think it looks like rubbish. I couldn't find what I wanted until I realised that bathroom units are essentially kitchen units.

I have bought kitchen units from the B&Q IT white high gloss range. Cleaner lines than that stuff. You buy tall wall units instead of base units and use them as base units. Buy legs etc. When they're on offer, it's dirt cheap.

I did our bathroom for about £120 when the doors were on offer and there was a spend £50 get 15% off offer.

The back to wall toilet unit for example can be put together with a 500 or 600 wide wall unit and a matching drawer-line door pack and some legs.

Build it all in and put plinth on the bottom, worktop across the top, end panels if you fancy it; done.

I think you're right, I think I'll hold fire for a while. I like to be able to actually *see* what I'm buying before I commit myself. We already have a btw loo, just need to change it from a 600 to a 500 and then add some additional cupboards and hey presto, done ;-)

You know what's really annoying? They must have stuck a tracking cookie on my pc cos now everywhere I go, I see ads for Victoria Plumb................
  • Hi Guy's,

I have recently ordered a lot of stuff from here as prices seemed so good but now I know why!

    Problems incurred:

    1. Taps missing from order, as not reported within 3 days told could not get refund. They checked picking list and said was included, so would not send replacement. Turned out had extra waste, so they must just count the items as opposed to scanning the item on the picking list!
    2. Ordered shower bath with free screen. Bath did not have any pre-drilled holes for legs or manufacturers fitting instructions. Rang VP and told they do not supply them with bath and plumber should know what they are doing. Needless to say plumber fitted bath and was actually missing some bits. Rang VP and this time told should have come pre-drilled with manu's instructions but now as fitted can not supply replacement parts!
    3. Free shower screen is fixed which means you have to lean right round it to turn bath on and also to put plug in. Really poor design as I am 5ft 2" and can not reach, which mean if I want a bath, I will have to get in it to start it!
    3. Ordered 'wenge' sink unit but under LED lighting looked pink. Returned ASAP and had to pay £49.00 for collection. 2 weeks later have not received refund and chased twice to be told 'by law we have 30 days to issue you with a refund!'

My advice to anyone ordering anything from this place. Witin a day of delivery, check you have everything inclu in fitting accessory packs and if you dont call them ASAP. If returning something and can not prove faulty, be prepared to pay a collection fee and a long wait for a refund.

Customer and techinnical service is poor, so I would spend my money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like they have gone downhill since we used them 3/4 years ago.
