Yes thanks and they are being installed as we speak!

I have to say that I have been really impressed so far - ordering was straight forward and everything arrived on friday as expected. The plumber popped round to check the products on saturday morning just to make sure and he was suitably impressed as well.

Can't wait until it's finished!!!

That's exciting for you!

We've got one shower tray in and all the rest is piled up in one room! The tiler has started (haven't seen yet) now so we should be fitted soon! We're tiling first, expecially because of the freestanding bath - wouldn't fancy tiling around that!

The ocean bath looks great in the box, lol! Pleased with what I've seen so far!

They messed up our order when they put the billing address as the shipping address. They were great though - they sent another van especially to get our stuff off the one that had gone to the wrong place to deliver it to the right place. They caled me let me know what was happening, then what time it would arrive and then again to check it had come! Ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday - the toilet that was out of stock arrived on Wednesday. Fantastic service so far.

Just ordered a new heated towel rail and some taps for my bathroom downstairs, and really pleased with the products and service again!

We were very pleased with their products when we ordered a shower enclosure, tray, toilet and sink 2 years ago. would use them again.

I know that this is an old thread, but I'd like to add my experiences.

I've ordered from them in the past with no problems, and ordered a full bathroom suite a month ago. Everything was fine on arrival and I was very pleased with the quality of the products, especially for the price.

However, 'bath waste A' which is stated on the website to fit the Tokyo bath that we ordered did not fit. We had it every which way around, each angle we could possibly think of, screwed together in every possible way and it was always at least a good two inches out (this was nothing to do with the placement of our bath, it just did not fit!). It also looked as though it had been fitted/used once and returned back to stock. The pop up waste did not fit in properly, and looked to have been damaged and half the screws were rusty. We sent a list of complaints, with the fact that it did not fit being the most obvious.

They have since refunded us the cost of the item, but are refusing to refund postage costs to return as they claim it is not faulty. All the faults aside, the fact that it did not fit may not be a fault but it is certainly a mis-sell on their part. For £6.64 it's hardly worth arguing with them, but had it been one of the bigger items we'd sent back I'd be out of pocket and an unhappy bunny.

Truely the worst company and staff of people we have EVER had to deal with.

They promise you goods they cannot supply.

They take your money straight away give you a delivery date - but it never comes - you email them - they never reply - you ring up - its coming tommorrow - no it doesnt - ring up - we never said it was coming then - its coming next week - it doesnt - terrible attitudes from all staff - still no delivery date - weeks after it was meant to come-

They lie to you and there customer service is non existent, they keep your money for weeks and weeks and it messes up your life with false delivery dates and fitting appointments etc etc etc

I really wouldnt want anyone to go through the hassle i have had to go through with this outfit...
