I have bought everything from all 3 of my bathrooms from Victoria Plumb, and love them, easy to plumb, and look great.

I’ve just bought a Brent Riva suite from Victoria Plumb after seeing their advertising in my Girlfriends Elle decoration magazine. They seem to have a good range of products that look good and the prices are fantastic.

I’ll keep you all posted on how things pan out (fingers crossed).

Has anyone else out there bought these products?

I picked up one of their brochures at the Grand Designs Live show at Excel a few weeks ago, and the products look really good. Have looked at their website as well but still a bit nervous about buying my new bathroom on the internet.

I had a slight doubt with ordering something large and expensive for my house as well over the internet, so in the end I rang them up and spoke to someone who was very helpful and did reassure me to buy which I then did over the phone.

Like I said above I’ll keep you updated when I get the gear!

I bought a kitchen tap off this lot about a year ago as our previous one was a bit nasty after the previous owners hadnt replaced it for sometime! It was a pretty straight forward experience, but it was only a tap!

I am now thinking of buying some more stuff off them as I am having an extension built and need some products for a main bathroom and en suite, however i did notice that they have had some pretty mixed reviews (even though most seem to be from at least a year or so ago?) so i was wondering if anyone had anymore recent experiences?

Have you received your suite yet outkast? Would be interested to know what the delivery service was like as well as the suite?

Hi KT1985, out of interest which products did you get for your bathrooms?

For info - found bathstore products very good quality (plumber said so too). But had to send back a few items 2/3 times because of damage! Including glass screen, bath, & toilet seat. So check their products carefully before accepting or installing. However finally rectified - have had bathroom suite for about 1.5 yrs & no probs.

We are a family business (my husband I) building around 5 to 10 big houses per year with a high specification. We used to use Bathstore for a few years and realized that for at least half the price and often more we could buy from Victoria Plumb. It started badly I will not lie, we had a few leaks and a few broken bits (this was about 1 1/2years ago) and customer service wasn't as good as it could have been either. After that I persuaded my husband to use bathstore again as I am not as commercially minded as him and that is when it hit home. The product quality from Bathstore was no better than what we had been ordering from Victoriaplumb and the service was actually worse than them. They were out of stock of items so we were at times handing over incomplete houses to unhappy customers under promise of items arriving in soon. We also still had breakages from time to time (although I still feel some of it was the guys on our site tbh).

After this we decided to start using VP again and by this time they have some nicer products and prices had actually dropped too. Customer service seemed to be massively improved and stocks are live on the internet so we know when ordering that it should be a complete order and we shouldn’t let a customer down. A facility we didn't have with bathstore without ringing up! We have been really happy for around 6 months now and getting lots of complements on our bathroom specs because we can afford to put in the nicer designs we couldn't afford at bathstore.

We feel we have found a little gem here but just hope they improve the product range as they lack in choice on things like bathroom furniture and would like them to do square shower baths. If they don't have bits we need then we have just been buying them from either bathstore or even builders merchants but the bulk is now with them!

All businesses go through bad patches and I hope that they have got over theirs for my sake! x

PS; anyone know if there is a voucher code?

High specification? And you fit basic-mid-range items from bathstore or victoria plumb, Have fitted products from both with issues, pitting of the surface, poor castings

    I smell a rat.......High speciforcation is hansgrohe,bette,duravit,vitra,heritage and daryl

Since you say you do 5-10 a year you should be getting trade discounts of approx 50% retail.

Quick update on my order as promised - everything arrived on monday as expected and so far so good. My plumber has checked the products and seemed quite impressed with the quality so will be back next week to get started with the installation.

Will let you know when it's all in!
