  • I love your Angst and Action list.

My main Angst is no money and my Action is do surveys, work on my business and spend less.

Another occasional Angst is not sleeping well, so my Action would be go for a long walk to tire me out.

  • Angst and action sounds great! I think I will write my own... It can be so easy to get swallowed up in the angst so I love this :o

No need to feel guilty about the Clinique purchase... £35 is good value and if you use the products why not? It's a smart decision ;)

Really lovely that you've reached out to the family member... Life is to short or (as the kids say) YOLO :rotfl: Ideally they respond and it goes well.
    Total Debt : ?? / ??
  • Hope the facial is a joy tomorrow, know what you mean about the skin issues. I found a place near me that does really intense deep clean ones, not enjoyable - like going to the dental hygienist - but makes a huge difference to my dry patches and blotching.

Thanks. From now on when I share angst on this diary I will also share an action. Angst is too easy for me to do ;)

Thank you :) I agree, I don't feel guilty. LOVING using my products. I thought my debt free journey had rid me of my facial product glee. Seems not ;)

Thanks Redo, The facial is indeed a deep cleansing one. When it is being done it isn't relaxing. In fact it is irritating. They do extractions too so not nice. But after my skin looks great so that is the bit I am looking forward to :)

Stressful day work wise yesterday but WFH so no horrible commute :)

I made vegetable, halloumi, and chicken kebabs and they were gorgeous. I had them with lentil pasta and salad.

I’m looking forward to my facial today :)

    HEALTH and WELLBEING
Walked 20 minutes before work yesterday

    HOUSE
Roofer got back to me with an appointment for to quote for next week
    Chased my window quote

    MSE
Phoned internet provider to get a better deal. They will send me a new quote of £8 a month less. Doesn’t sound much but it is £72 a year. Anyway, I will compare and then decide.

My day off today so off to make a nice breakfast before my appointment

Have a good day everyone :)
