Try not to let your cold put you off going to the GP today. If it's something you've been ignoring for years, try not to make an excuse to put it off unless you really cannot go. Grab the bull by the horns, so to speak.
Wow, you are so good at seeing into my head. I don't feel great of course as I have a bug, but can I get there? Yes, of course I can. I will sit on the bus and take it slowly. Off to get ready now. Thanks for calling me out on my avoidance. Again. :)

Haha hope you don't think I'm being a pushy ball-buster - I'm most definitely not trying to be that! Hopefully my comments are helpful. I believe that i'm similar to you in some ways so it's easy to see reasons for avoidance. I appreciate you calling me out on things too, that's the beauty of the forum.

I hope you make it and all goes well :)

I ate a BIG FROG as I went to the GP about an issue I have avoided confronted for literally years :(
The GP was lovely, helpful and understanding.

I also posted a reclaim charges letter. I don't hold out much hope as it goes back to 2006  but at least I am trying. I will do another few tomorrow. It is so much easier with the printer :)

I felt exhausted after being out but better now I have had a rest

I hope your day went well too :)

You have nailed today - well done! Glad the GP went well and you managed to tick off another few things from your list.

I hope you rewarded yourself by relaxing and recuperating tonight?
