Has anybody managed to get the free case? It didn't deduct the price of the case for me yet I followed the instructions to the letter
And if you haven't ordered yet you get 4% from cashback rewards0 -
We bought ours at the end of June and had the free update
.
The update from v9 to 2008 maps hasn't come out yet for current owners, its due soon though. There are Garmin satnavs for sale with the 2008 maps on them, its just a case of checking that the one you purchase has it, or as i said it MAY cost you apx £50 to up date from v9 to 2008, no one actually knows yet except Garmin!! You need to factor this in considering you can buy a Tomtom ONE Europe for £125 with up to date maps.0 -

Just got this reply from Amazon
Dear Customer
Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk.
To avoid any confusion for our customers, we would like to clarify
the "Perfect Partner" message featured on our website. We use the
term "Perfect Partner" on a product information page to recommend
another item that you might be interested in buying.
There is no additional discount for purchasing items featured
in "Perfect Partners" at the same time as the main product on the
page. Our usual discounts on selected items still apply, but you
would save on delivery charges by ordering both items together.
This offer is applicable for the item "Garmin Nuvi 250 Satellite
Navigation System With European Mapping" in the place of perfect
partner and the offer is the addition of the items "Garmin Nuvi
Leather Carry Case for 200 & 300 Series (not widescreen)" with
reduced cost of 128.34 GBP and so we request you to cancel the order
place a new order with the item at the place of perfect partner add
to shopping basket will be present and we request you to proceed
further.
They are trying to tell me that an item of £114.90 plus an item of £13.44 is at a reduced price of £128.34.
And they want me to cancel my order and place the same order again to get the same price that they have already given me. :mad:0 -
This link clearly states it should be free though!
