Same thing happened to me, I emailed them and they said they credit you the money when the order is despached. Why cant they just take the money off when it gets despached?

I've just bought something else (using vouchers, of course  ;) ) says it will take 3 weeks to get dispached  :o so now they will play with my money for 3 weeks, before going to the shelf where my shirt has been lying for 3 weeks and posting it. They best hurry up.  8)

My 2nd order with this code has yet to be despatched but they have taken the cash and given it me back in the same day

This is tooooo fab - thought I'd give it a whirl and ordered a £50 coffee maker I've been after - ZG3722 £20 off code worked fine as did XX520 free PP code (£25 off wouldn't work) and they gave the discount at source and debited my card £29.99 - FANTASTIC!

I used LX for the first time buying a DVD recorded listed at £199.99 used a few codes, one brought the price down to 179.99 and one gave me a £25 voucher which gave the conformation price as 154.99

I paid the item wiht credit card which is not showing as debited yet, the product arrived but the invoice shows at 179.99.

What exactly is the £25 voucher as such?

Also it was the Panasonic DVD Recorder listed as E55 EBS but seems to be E55, is there anyone who bought this model and if so what exactly does the EBS mean.

Hi, I have been a customer of LXDirect for some time.

Ordered goods and tried using the £25 off £60 order but it wouldn't work. Then tried the £20 off £45 order and it did work.

Realised afterwards that my order was only over £60 because the P&P had been addes. So my question to anyone saying the £25 doesn't work is, are you using it on orders over £60 before P&P.

Managed to use the free P&P code OK as well
