I ordered something several weeks ago, £27.99 then £10 discount and free P&P. Credit card was debited more or less straight away with the £27.99, then £10 credited back to it.

Got the email asking me to contact them - which I did. "This isn't your first order, so you can't have the £10 discount". So I told them to cancel the order.

Few days later £27.99 credited back to my credit card.

Yesterday goods arrived!!

So absolutely free item, plus £10 bonus. Nice one Littlewoods. Hubby has decided he is definitely not buying shares in Littlewoods.

?puzzled how did you get a free item?

if you cancelled order and they still sent you still have to let them collect the goods?

Nokia 3100 delivered today

3 Littlewoods transactions on my account

1. Credit of £20 (voucher)
2. Debit of £49.99 (Phone price)
3. Debit of £2.95 (P&P)

So far so good but........

What's my postion if at a later date they want the £20 back?

I've placed an order using the £25 off and 15% off and free p&p, they've all worked on the site but waiting to see what actually gets charged.

They have emailed me asking to ring them, I haven't yet as I'm hoping the parcels will just turn up anyway, only thing is my order isn't showing in my account online so has it gone through?

If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

I have just had a problem with the site full stop. They offer 20% off all weekend, but as I was unable to place an order, feel it was a waste of time.

So with the most recent £25 voucher, they debit your card with the full price and then credit the £25 back on later. Is this correct? Does anyone know the length of time between the debit coming off and the credit going on?

THIS TAKES ABOUT 5 DAYS, THEY DO CREDIT YOU.

I USED MY CREDIT CARD AND MY SISTER USED HER DEBIT CARD, NO PROBS MONEY WAS CREDITED ;D
