Have ordered and received a new mobile at £100.94, used ZG7499 for £25 off, no problem going through and confirmed by email with the discount. Advice note with phone had it at full price though, have just checked my credit card statement and the £25 has gone through as a credit so no problem. I think the trick here is not to be greedy and stack codes, I'd already tried this a month ago and received a phone call querying the codes because I tried free delivery. My phone which is £99 elsewhere has cost £78.89 inc delivery, so not bad.

I made 2 orders from lxdirect.. the first (microwave) was posted to the wrong address, they claimed it back.. I have still not recieved a refund for this..

the second, I ordered fifa 2005 (PS2) I did receive it but for the XBOX! the box it came in had no invoice/returns label, I sent an email asking how to return for an exchange.. they replied fill in the returns label ?!? Grrr..

Plus a £20 discount voucher I had confirmed (via email) for 2nd order still not credited to my account..

I emailed them yesterday to tell them their customer service is appalling and that I was returning everything for a refund..

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole I'm afraid

I just managed to save well over £165 using the codes provided.

Having searched on kell koo this price now thrashes the ones advertised at 8 different suppliers and there honering it .

used 2 codes and getting it intrest free as well

I only ever get clothes from LX Direct - never had a problem.

All my games or electrical get elsewhere - you can get a lot cheaper.

So with the most recent £25 voucher, they debit your card with the full price and then credit the £25 back on later.  Is this correct?  Does anyone know the length of time between the debit coming off and the credit going on?

Same thing happened to me, I emailed them and they said they credit you the money when the order is despached. Why cant they just take the money off when it gets despached?

I've just bought something else (using vouchers, of course ) says it will take 3 weeks to get dispached so now they will play with my money for 3 weeks, before going to the shelf where my shirt has been lying for 3 weeks and posting it. They best hurry up. 8)
