They stopped me using them vouchers now saying I've used them before, I've ordered so much stuff from them using discounts to get nearly free items and half price and such that I can't keep track of what I've ordered. Time to open another bank account I think.

When Trojan first published the list I copied it to a word document and then any time me or a member of my family used a code I put their name beside the code used to make sure I didn't use it again. I too have had loads of nearly free and half price items and have never had any problem with them.

i just bought something from lxdirect, and used the 20% discount code, and in my e-mail acknowledgment it gave the total price excluding the discount, but then lower down it said that included in my order was 20% discoutn, which doesnt make any sense to me...

Last night I ordered a Panasonic vcr with codes ZG7499 £25.off £60. and XX875 free p&p.
confirmation email this morning with discounts applied.
Now just wait for delivery??

Are these codes for first time customers or can existing customers use them? I desperately need a new matress but have shopped with lxdirect before so don't want to get caught out

When you select the item that you want go to checkout and there is a box for discount code and there you enter your code and hit updat(i think thats what it called) and the discounted price should now show as long as the code still works..hope that helps

Anyone can use them as I have used different codes but use them on different days when ordering..

Ordered a digital camera - used £25 code off £60 mov - on 21.12.04 - received a letter from lx direct saying card payment hadnt been taken - telephoned lx direct to see if they could get the phone delivered asap for xmas eve - gave them number and codes but they wouldnt apply the codes and wanted to charge full price. So dont know whether they work or not. I have used the new customer code which worked. They didnt work last time I ordered either.

Fabulous! I used the £25 mov £60 and free p&p voucher to order myself a new mattress. Got the confirmation after 3 days taking off the 2 discounts . Shame about the 5 week delivery though
