Quick update before tea, gammon egg and chips tonight, although DD has said she doesn't want this and has dug out a portion of fish pie from the freezer, she does want some chips doing though!
Good day at work today, felt much less manic but had some very tired children that had obviously been up late watching fireworks.
Dashed into town and spoke to a lovely lady in the hali regarding some paperwork which I had filled out correctly, cost me £1.50 in parking but I wanted peace of mind that it was right.
Then went to post office but couldn't get parked so that's a job for tomorrow, nipped into MrT for a few bits, £6.51 spent and £1 of that has been redeemed from check0utsmart and receipt uploaded on receipth0g.
Been to the Dr and had my flu jab, they were really funny with me when I said I was entitled to it for free and the receptionist said that Flu jabs were not included in the NHS exemption certificate, anyway a nurse asked me what medication I was on and she told the receptionist that I certainly was entitled to a free jab due to the type of medication I am on, so at least that got sorted without me having to get cross with anyone.
My arm feels very tingly and sore from the jab, hopefully it will wear off before bed.
Hope everyone is ok xx0 -
Morning,
Yucky wet weather today and it's my playground duty.
A couple of errands to do after work today and then home, hopefully I might get in before 4pm which would be lovely, Dh is sorting the children as he has a dentist appointment this afternoon and is picking them up afterwards and going to his Mums to help fix a dodgy pipe before winter sets in. So I might get a couple of hours peace.
Tea tonight was going to be a fish pie, but as DD had a previous left over potion last night I will make something else, maybe pasta as it's nice and quick to make.
Banking checked no surprises and no sales or money in from surveys, which means no money to send to saving pots.
Right going to finish my cup of tea and then showered, dressed and ready to face the day.0 -
Morning.
£10 redeemed last night from a survey site, £1 into saving pots as I had a small £bay sale.
Hoping for a calm day at work as i'm so tired, DH woke me up at 4.30am and I managed to fall back asleep about 10 mins before my alarm went off at 6am.
Pack ups made for lunch, just cheese and crackers, fruit and yoghurt but will fill a hole.
Better get ready for work.0 -
Hope your day goes well x0

Evening,
Great day at work and the children were much calmer today, I am absolutely shattered tonight and I need to go and collect DS shortly from sport's club, then it's PJ time.
I have an online grocery shop coming tomorrow and that's my last £10 voucher used, fingers crossed one of the big supermarkets send me some more otherwise back to MR Al, I know Mr Al is cheaper but it's something I have chosen to compromise on saying time instead of money.
I have started a Christmas present list and don't have a huge amount to buy especially as both children have asked for money to spend in the sales.
I want to start thinking about 2019 goals and will have a mooch on the boards for ideas.
Have a good evening x0 -
Morning, sorry you were feeling low hope you're better.
I need to start Xmas shopping, going to do food parcels for family and friends this year as I really can't think of what to buy. Maybe a few treats in there too.
Ooh goals for 2019, definitely need to look at that.

Morning.
Not much to update, everything is ticking along nicely except Christmas is making me feel , I don't know what to buy anyone, i'm hosting this year which I really havn't got the energy to do and it all feels a bit out of control. I need to sit and write lists and have a good think but it's finding the time.
Mr T have been very kind and sent me a voucher for £14 off a £70 shop, think I will write a list and go after work on Thursday, I will try and include some Christmas bits.
Work is busy and it's the start of the craziest part of the year in infant school over excitement because it's Christmas, late nights due to nativities, Christingle etc, colds and coughs everywhere, yeah hyper tired snotty children :rotfl:.
£bay sales are ticking along and had a few over the weekend, a mystery payment of £10 hit my paypal account I presume its from surveys but can't remember which site, should write these things down.
Off to get dressed and face the day xx0 -
Morning.
Christmas is still stressing me out, I write a list of presents to buy and then change my mind, I always struggle with what to buy people. This weekend I need to get on with it and once they are bought then that's it. Also stressing about Christmas food shop and when to fit it in, should I do an online shop but what if they send subs and then I have to go out anyway, this is all down to my anxiety and everything always seeming worse than it is:(.
On to more positive things, we have seen a little cottage we love and it is somewhere we would be happy to retire to in the future, It is in a little market town close by on a good bus route, has a pub, shops, doctors etc, It would also work for the kids in the future as it is about 2 miles from a uni that DS is interested in going to, or would make a good first home or retirement home if we needed to move PIL closer to us in the future as they live in a big house in a very rural place. Ticks lots of boxes but need to make sure the sums add up and would rent out ok for the time being.
£bay sales still ticking along, small sale yesterday just some shoes that are far to high and cripple me and much more suited to a young thing, so £9 split between pots.
Still eating out of the freezers, last night was chicken kievs, tonight will be a quick soup and toastie tea as we are out at DS school for a meeting. Pack ups today will just have to be cheese and crackers, fruit and HM cake as I have no cold meat meats or salad bits.
Better go and get dressed.0 -
