Great to see you back and glad that all is well :)
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Afternoon (just).

Yucky morning at the dentist, hate the place and my anxiety levels are always sky high when I go, still feel argh as I need to go back for a filling, so £21 spent and will be another spend in a couple of weeks when I go back. Need to breath and relax.

Farrier for horse this afternoon but DD can see to that, I have given her the £50 and left her to it.

DH is away on a course today and is being fed both lunch and tea:D, so we are on fishfingers and chips nom nom.

More pennies made from ebay and a payment of £25 from a survey site that I had forgotten I had redeemed from (shows how much my head has been out of it to forget about money)so £50 swept into saving, got everything on my list done yesterday except for saving goals. I think the best thing for me to do is a 4 way split ISA, hols, WSHF and treats/fun.
£3 redeemed from quidco into paypal.

Food frugality continues, breakfast was toast/cereal although I had nothing as I was panicking about dentist and couldn't eat, didn't find bagels yesterday but found more crumpets so might have those with some cheese on for lunch and fruit, kids are eating some mini pizza and tea tonight is fishfingers, chips and beans,I have also promised to make some rocky road. Did buy some milk today whilst out and I will need to do a shop for next weeks lunch boxes and we need some fresh fruit and veg, I have been sent a £10 off a £50 shop + free delivery voucher which I might use for a delivery on Sunday, I could add some Christmas bits to get me up to £50.

    Hope everyone is ok x
  • Just had to refund a buyer £20 for an item they bought, I will claim for it but it's just hassle I could do without.

£2.50 claimed from a survey site.

That's frustrating about the refund. Well done on the survey redeems though!

  • How annoying about the refund, is it able to be resold?

Hope your ok following your trip to the dentist.

  • Afternoon.

Some small spends today as I went out for coffee this morning with friend, spent £9.50 but don't mind as it was good to get out and feel less worked than yesterday.
Popped into superdrug whilst in town to stock up on bits we ae running low on and used £11 love to shop vouchers and received 4p change:D. Spent £3 in wilko and £1.75 in Sainsburys.

Not much else going on, no money made today although I have a few £bay bids, need to get some surveys done.

Regarding refund item can't be resold as the parcel has been lost by H£rmes:mad: it got as far as the depot and is now untraceable so I have had to refund buyer and put a claim in.

Sausage and mash for tea tonight andi must dig something out for tomorrows tea.
  • Hi

Quiet day at home today, just catching up on housework and generally pottering about.
2 items listed on £bay as BINs and have scheduled some bits to come on on Sunday, thought I would do it whilst I had time instead of trying to do a million things on Sunday which is always a busy day.
£15 redeemed into paypa1 from a survey site but they take 4 weeks to payout, at that end of month low when there is no spare cash and waiting for payday, although this month is a month where I get 2 lots of child ben, so the 2nd lot i'm going to put into savings.

Still eating out of the stores, took a chicken out of the freezer last night so that's for tonight's tea with roast spuds, stuffing and veg. Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt and for lunch we had tuna sandwiches, fruit and crisps.

Hope everyone's having a good day xx
  • Checked paypa1 and £2.50 from survey site and £3 from quidc0 has been paid, I have rounded it up to £6 and split it between 4 savings accounts.
  • Ooh I would love a roast chicken dinner tonight, my favourite - I have no idea what I'm doing for tea.

Well done on the survey payments.

  • Morning.

Quick update before I go and get dressed and start on some housework.
Sold a BIN overnight so £10 made and been split between the 4 saving pots, £4.50 redeemed this morning from a survey site so once that hits paypa1 I will squirrel it into savings.

Still havn't done an online grocery order as we don't really need much and the voucher code I was sent has a couple of weeks left before it expires, so might just nip to a1di on sunday and do a top up shop.

Need to buy some wine and flowers as we are going to a friends for a meal this evening, might also take DS for his hair cut as he is looking a bit wild.

Nothing out of the freezer for tea as we are out, brekkie is toast/cereal when the kids eventually get up and lunch will be tomato soup/cheese toasties and fruit yoghurts.

Couple more bits to list on £bay today, although I will schedule them to go on on Sunday.

Have a great day pwps xx
