Hi all! HTGDF hope your dog gets better soon and your cat gets better ISOM. Well managed to pay off nearly £450 in February which is above our £300 a month target so quite pleased with that. Got to get the car serviced & MOT'd tomorrow so hoping the damage isn't too bad. aww fab news happy! Hope the bill isnt too horrendous! Mine was 180 but should be able to claim most back on insurance! My madam snoozing next to me, upside down looking v cute...butter wouldnt melt lol!! Not doing too badly here...very concious that funds could be very limited if no job so a great way to NOT spend money!! Decision may have to be made to sell or store car which will be hard as so used to it but thankfully we have great public transport! Will cross that bridge when, and if, I come to it but also good to mentally prepare!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Thought I'd better check in with my fellowlong-haulers.
Been out of it for a while. Had a baby (well, I didn't my wife did, obviously!) - although if I had had a baby I wouldn't have to worry about debts anymore, just donate my body to medical science. You know, that gives me an idea.....
Sorry, deviated there, in more ways than one. Big changes since I last posted here (very big if I had managed to have that baby....sorry, moving on). Got a promotion (slightly better money), had a second LBM in January 2010 when i realised I wasnt getting anywhere and I was paying off practically nothing. Going for the great £10 a day challenge. Good start for the first two months, l just hope I can keep it going. Plan is to raise £2000 and pay off one card completely by July. Just leaves the other £43,000 to account for.....oh well. Guess thats why I'm in the long haul supporters.
Hope everyone is well out there and if you need any children born let me know.....Debt Sept 2007 (1st LBM) - £63,000 :embarasseStarted DMP July 2012 (2nd LBM) - £34,000DFD (currently) - 12 years!

Not much debt-busting going on as can't confirm what I've paid off until my internet banking is unlocked. But I did get offered a second free trial from Credt Expert today. It seems my credit report hasn't changed much in the last few years. There's more green than there was though But it still looks as though I've thousands sitting spare on credit cards I've closed. Hopefully they'll shoe up as settled before my 30 days are up.
