  • DG do you do things like pigsback? Can help with toiletries etc...Why not pop over to weezl's thread - I will never manage what she does but we're a friendly bunch trying to do better on the gb...weezl does it for 50p a day each but most of us have reduced gb ad lots of idea for filling out dishes etc without being mean iykwim...
well done penguin...baby steps! My method is keep plugging away and will get there in the end...I do wonder sometimes if I actually believe I will be df though - I mean what would I do with myself?!

I know its quite scary to think about being DF - I could tecnically quit work although I dont think I would. Imagine having savings! x x

Sounds like a real tough time for you and your OH. Maybe take on the extra work for the frw months you need to get the heating done ( a mini challenge) and then stop again. Could someone in the family do an interest free loan to help? ISOM right about pigsback and other site such as Onepoll. It all adds up for a couple of minutes a day.

Im wracking my brains trying to think of easyish things I could do to raise cash. Nowt really worth selling. My job is stressing me out so extra work not really a good idea. No point in asking OH to find something that will lead to an argument. Arrgh I will be so happy if I ever get to the end of this debt free journey.

Thamks for the suggestions, i guess I am going to have to do the sessional work. I have a week off at the beginning of October, i know what i will be doing! Otherwise will have to see what we can sell, if anything. Otherwise will be having an extremely frugal time from now till xmas and an extremely thrifty Xmas. Penguin that is really good, you must be working hard to get that date down good for you.
