Don't think I was saying much. Had quite a nice day today, lots of reading, then I've been decorating eggs for a virtual Easter egg hunt with my nephews tomorrow 😂 not entirely sure how that's going to work - I'm imagining me running round the garden like Anneka Rice while three boys laugh themselves silly and try to direct me into the mud, up trees etc... 😂 

Anyway, I blew some eggs (that's quite a skill isn't it?? Not sure I've done it before) and attempted a supposedly simple bit of marbling with nail varnish on water that I saw somewhere in the depths of the internet. The first couple are a bit nondescript (I think the demo I saw used white eggs so the colours stand out more) but I've got a good swirly metallic blue one and one with some nice dark greens so all good.

I've done six, but that's not really enough for a hunt so I found some old cheap pants in a drawer and spent the afternoon painting egg shaped bits of cardboard and sticking them to lolly sticks 😂 again the first couple were rubbish but then I remembered a book Mr Cheery bought me a few years ago about painting roses and castles (like on narrowboats) so I had a go at that - quite a bizarre theme for an Easter egg hunt but it was quite satisfying! (And I also used up several tiny pots of paint which now aren't taking up space).

Nothing financial to report, except I did remember today that I've still got the monthly membership things turned on for matched betting so I need to turn those off while I'm not doing it. Will do that tomorrow.

Been doing a few odd little house jobs this weekend. Cleaned the drain out yesterday, and today's grimy job of choice was emptying the reusable Hoover bag and giving it a good bash on the outside of the shed - will stick it in the washing machine tomorrow. Also washed the shower curtain too. Small progress.

Just noticed I said I'd found old cheap PANTS in a drawer and turned them into Easter eggs! 😂😮 PAINTS of course!! 😂😂

Just been our for a run, just under 3 miles and goodness me it's warm out there!

Knowing your creative talents Cheery, I wouldn't be in the least surprised if you managed to turn old, cheap pants into Easter Eggs 😂😂😂
