I've found their email team very helpful with other problems, I'm surprised to hear what's happened to you. They didn't send me a payment for a while, I emailed them and I received the payment within the week.

6 months now, about 30 surveys, and I've got £1.60!!! Beat that!

Mine's about the same - but more surveys! :D

I'm not sure whether it's worth it sometimes. I spend ages getting half way through only to be told I don't fit their criteria
  • I AM FUMING AT THEM!!!!

I have joined in JUNE! And completed every survey they have sent me!

Now I have logged in and my account tells me that I have nothing due from them! Where is my money for filling in their surveys? not a trace acknowledging the surveyx I have filled either! !!!!!! is this?

Not sure if this is across the board hushpuppie - I just checked my account after reading this, and spending nearly 4 months off-line.

The pittance, I mean money awarded ;), was still there, but well done on getting your money back :)

Nope, you only need £5 to withdraw money - to a bank account anyway - they don't mention anything cheques.
