Ciao Surveys

I agree with Omertron about YouGov. It took me about 3 years to reach £50, now I seem to get a survey about once a fortnight.
I'm still waiting for a payment from Caio, pretty sure I applied for payment about 6/8 weeks ago.0 -
I eventually got a reply from Ciao last week after 3 prev emails being fobbed off payment was on its way. There appears to be a problem with UK payments - is this a way of saying they are going 'under'. Payment they say should be this week, well they have been saying that for the last 6 weeks now. And they still have cheek to keep sending me more surveys - i don't think so...............0

Jason, I've just checked back and I ordered payment on 9/6 which arrived 21/6. 12 days isn't bad, just give them some time to sort it out, sounds like a genuine error to me. The response to emails is pretty slow though.- = I also recognise the Robins and beep for them = -0

I'm stuck on £31 with YouGov and don't get paid surveys at all anymore, just surveys which I can do to be entered for a prize draw.
I am truly fed up with them and wish there was some way to donate my current balance to a charity or something and close my account.

I just got another ciao survey, this time I answered 9 questions before I was deemed unsuitable to continue.
Maybe I'm just not the type of person that these survey sites want?

I just got a reply from ciao, saying that I requested the payment on the 5th August and would have to wait until the middle of septemeber. I requested it in june so why should I wait until september now.
I sent another reply saying this but I expect it to be another 2 weeks for a reply which just fobs me off again.0 -

In order to get yourself to be consider 'suitable' for the surveys, sometimes you just have to lie in the first few questions! e.g. if it asks: "When will you be buying a brand new car?" My answer would be "Within the next 6 to 12 months" even though I always buy second-hand cars and have absolutely no intention of getting a brand new one whatsoever.0 -

Strangely enough I had a car survey a while ago and I answered truthfully that I was looking to get a new car within a month, and went several questions on before being dumped from that survey as well because there were too many responders in my category already!
Picked up my brand new shiny C3 today as well.
