I too have had problems either not suitable after answering questions for several minutes or they just do not credit you with money after doing a survey.I have done several surveys for them and not been creditted for them and when you e-mail them they send an autoimated e-mail in reply with FAQ's which do not answer my query. How do you e-mail them and get a reply from a person..
My advice is too stay clear totally worthless0 -

I use Ciao (and others) quite a lot. I have just yesterday checked my balance & it's at £10.15 so I have requested that. They do all payments at the beginning of the month so if you request it say 6th of the month then it won't be processed til 1st of the month after which can make it anything upto 7/8 weeks til you get your money, I always try to get my payment towards the end of the month now so it's usually about 2/3 weeks processing. I have had about £40 from them so far which isn't too bad (over about 3 years)
I think it was July/August when they was a problem with payments but in all fairness to them they did have it written on the website at the time that payments were taking slightly longer (think it was about 8 - 10 weeks)2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
It's not payment I'm after yet. It's not even getting creditted to me when I have done them0

It takes at least 28 days to have the money credited to your account from when the survey closes. Maybe keep a note of the surveys you complete & what the reward was then email them if it's not added after about a month?2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -

I've got £40 in my Ciao account although it has taken a while. The best one was for a deoderant where they sent me one to use for 2 weeks then a different one for 2 weeks and I had to answer questions about them. Got paid £5 for that one. Also a chewing gum survey where I had to try out a new chewing gum.
I do get rejected a fair bit but it doesn't bother me as I know another will come along soon. As mentioned above - Generally the more reviews you write, the more surveys you are invited to -(Never say you work for any of the industries they ask, even if you do)
YouGov - Takes ages to mount up (only on £25 after 4 (ish) years) so imo not as good as Ciao but at the end of the day - it is money for old rope.0 -
I've given up.It's amazing how many profiles I don't fitEven if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0
