    Yay - congratulations Bubbs!

Well, I've lost the plot. Was having a day off plan yesterday as hubby was taking me out for lunch and then we were at a street food festival for dinner last night followed by the cinema.

Could have been good at lunch but wasn't and had a burger, chips and coleslaw. The only upside being, I was too full to manage pudding as they had a giant yorkshire pudding full of cadburys creme egg filling - sounds gross but looked epic!

Then shared a portion of halloumi fries with the hubby and had a portion of amazing mac 'n' cheese topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
We were in the directors lounge at the cinema so you get free popcorn which I normally give to the OH but I ate it last night as well as a big bag of milky way magic stars.

Was straight back on it this morning with quark and berries for breakfast.
The did 1 hour aerobics followed by 1 hour body pump at the gym. Had a banana straight after and then came home and had chinese chicken salad for lunch.

Husband was really lovely and bought me some new leggings for the gym instead of an easter egg. He got me these in a size 16 but when I tried them on yesterday, they were far too big so had to take them back today and exchange them for a 14!
Then I was very naughty and stopped at Sport Direct on the way home as they have 20% off everything and stocked up on some more adidas stuff. Only to get home and be told that the adidas website has 20% extra off the sale prices so I ordered a couple more vests and a hoodie! If I'm spending so much of my time at the gym, I might as well have decent clothes on! Plus, being able to fit back into branded sportswear may seem like a very shallow aim but as a child/teenager, I was a real tomboy and lived in Adidas clothing but when I got bigger, nothing fit me and I ended up wearing god awful smock tops, so part of my non-scale target was to be able to get back into my favourite sports brand!

Then came home and cooked a massive batch of diet coke chicken to stock up the freezer.

Was naughty again tonight though as OH had bought some scones/jam/clotted cream and I did have one. Will be over 15 syns but part of my problem when I plateaued was that I kept saying no to all bad things then became miserable and stopped going out and being myself so I'm determined to not stop living life. If I have the odd gain here and there it is not the end of the world as long as I keep making good choices around those and don't give up because of one over indulgence.

Ohh that was long and rambling! Sorry guys!

  • Morning all

Sorry to hear you and your daughter are having such a rough time, kathryna. Also, commiserations to those waiting for repairs - I feel your pain. Took my HA 6 months and 10 visits to replace a blown double glazed unit.

I stayed on plan yesterday - mostly - and I am pleased to report a loss of -2lb. As weigh in is a day early I am chuffed with this. 2lb to hit my 10%. 4lb and I have a new front number.

However, I am going off plan today and am going to enjoy it!

Have a lovely Easter Saturday everyone :)

-2lb again for me this week. I thought that would bring me into normal weight category but apparently my BMI is now 25.1 :). Next week will be my week.

According to myfitnesspal though I've now lost 15% of my starting weight :j:j

Great NSV Miss Teach. Even though I'm a size 10/12 I still don't feel comfortable wearing leggings unless I'm wearing a long top over them - as still have a big belly!

Well done Lioness & Nicki on your 2lb losses this week.

    Today's plan:

B - was going to be a fry up but had appointment at the bank at 9 this morning so had breakfast in Sainsbury's cafe! Went for an omelette (made with skimmed milk) with ham & mushroom; beans & hash brown (2 syns)
L - LO HM pate; Ryvita (HEB) HM onion chutney; mixed salad leaves
D - HM keema curry (from freezer); rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - Ryvita
    Syns - hash brown 2; pate 0.5; wine 15?

Not worrying about going over syns today 'cos it's my birthday!
