Thanks Bubbs. Good job it's a virtual cake - I need to lose 1/2lb this week to get back to top end of target range!!!
Thanks Lioness. You post while I was typing!

I maintained this week.
At least that's better than putting on a pound like the last two weeks.:)
A new month starting, glad to leave this one behind!:(0 -

A mostly successful week with a bit of a blip on my first night out since Top Baby was born. Went to the quiz night at the local with the girls. Stuck to vodka and stayed well within syns but had a very small portion of chilli and chips. Guesstimated it as 10 as I had literally 12 chips and a spoon of chilli that had a lot of veg in, the landlady had made it.
Today -
B - Bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich
D - Bachelors savoury rice (one of the old free ones) and an apple and two satsumas.
T - Chicken and prawn stirfry with loads of vegetables. Some rice noodles from Asda in it, they're 2 syns and two of us are eating so that's 1, plus we'll split a pack of microwave white rice between us so that's another 1 syn.
I'll have an options and a packet of the low syn popcorn from Sainsburys before bed
Body magic was a walk to the supermarket with the pram before the football. Spent £63 and carried it all back myself0 -
Congratulations to Jayne, lioness and topgirl on today's losses. Sooo very pleased for you.:D:T
How do you make mushroom and potato hash topgirl? Sounds tasty.
I had some cooked new potatoes left over from the day before so I fried them up in frylight with some mushrooms and poured three whisked eggs (with a splash of water added) over, then pushed it round the pan until they'd scrambled round itI always break omelettes so I've long since given up on them! A decent filling breakfast without using my HEXB - I often put peppers, onions, spinach etc in, depending on the fridge gravel.

Evening everyone
Happy birthday DeniseKathryn, so sorry to hear about your daughter. Take care of you both xxx
Had a mare of a day here. Doctors hadnt done OH meds despite requesting them in plenty time so I spent this afternoon at out of hours organising an emergency script for him. All sorted thankfully. Then we had to go to Sainsburys to go the pharmacy there and I was so sorely tempted to just buy rubbish to eat. But the thought that this time in three weeks my awards night will be in full swing stopped me in my tracks
Todays menu:
B: HEXB 2 x HiFi, Apple, pear, water
L: Asda good and counted cottage pie (2.5) salad, cereal bar (3.5) water
T: HM Nandos Chicken (1.5), squaffles, salad. 100ml Oppo Salted Caramel (4) blueberries. Decaf coffee with HEXA, water
S: 3 Broghies with ham (3)
Syns:14.5

Well done on your losses, Ilovetea, Lioness and Nicki
A very Happy Birthday, Joedenise!
Sorry to hear about your daughter needing an op Kathryn - after the year you've had this must be a blow. I hope all goes well for her.
Odd day today - I woke up very late so had brunch of boiled eggs toast and an orange, dinner was Linda Mc sausages mash broccoli and cauli with a little gravy. I'm enjoying having 2 HEBs since getting to target and it didn't do me any harm last week so I'll continue but keep an eye on my weight in case it starts to go up. Toast for supper!
Have a good weekend everyone and as I won't be here tomorrow, Happy Easter!0 -
