Joedenise I got some mini flakes from Asda last week - £1 for 10 (think they were on offer as showing £1.25 on the website now)
• Thanks for encouragement,I know I should be happier.

Today is poached egg on toast for brunch, veggie pasta bake for dinner. Have lots of fruit if I feel like snacking.

Tomorrow is going to be an esp day, hopefully it will give a bit of a kick.

Have a good weekend

Change of plan for dinner tonight! Will now be having fish pie using trout, smoked haddock & white fish. Will be a few syns but not worked out how many yet - depends on how many portions I make!

The keema curry & rice will be for dinner tomorrow night.

Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday sat waiting for council

Should have mould washed in living room corner and bathroom.

Came bathroom needed stripping so they did that said ceiling needed plastering . Came and mould washed . No plasterer

Also PIV fitted. Came Tuesday said no where to fit it

When I rang liaison officer yesterday morning. She told me not too worry she would be back in touch and plasterer , electrician and PIV would all be done. Nothing was done  I told her I was back in work Tuesday and they better not be knocking on my door frightening Poppy :(

Well done bubbs, that is such a huge achievement. Congrats to Mrs R, BS, Beanie and Shell and anyone I might have missed off. I am plodding on...yesterday's menu was:

B - Pear and 2 easy peel oranges
L - LO chicken and pasta bake with veg
D - Two poached eggs on 1 slice wholemeal toast with mush, toms and bacon.

S - Alpen light (Cherry Bakewell flavour !!!8211; tasty!) (3.5)
Another two easy peelers.

Total syns: 3.5

I was offered wine last night but heroically said no. I intend to weigh in early this week (Saturday instead of Sunday) and have a lovely glass or two of wine and some chocolate on Saturday night. I think I!!!8217;ve banked enough Syns. I think I might make next week the start of keeping actual, proper track of my Syns so I can reward myself at the end of the week. Looking back over past food diaries I tend to have very few during the week and should be using them at the weekend.
Thanks and well done refusing the wine:D

L chicken and salad wrap
D veg tagine with couscous.
Syns not sure, might have wine but think I've had a liverful over the last two weeks

Congratulations Bubbs; that's a good loss and taking you just below target is brilliant.

Today's plan:

B - boiled eggs; asparagus to dip (was lovely!)
L - HM chicken liver parfait (0.5 per portion for the little brandy in it!)
D - Keema curry with rice (from freezer)

Not a lot of Speed today but I'll have some fruit during the day.

HEA - milk
HEB - bread (making melba toast to go with the parfait!); 1 Ryvita to make up the HEB (2 slices of crustless is just under 40g)
Syns - 2.5 ml brandy 0.5; mini flake (intended for 99 icecreams!) 2; may have a couple of G&Ts again 6

If anyone's interested the mini flakes come in a box of 14 for £2 and are available in Iceland.

Denise
Thankyou x

Got a mad few weeks coming up, taken on a whole new responsibility. Loads more work, pressure, and a lot less time.

So gone and purchased 40 quids worth of the SW ready meals. Hopefully they'll pay for themselves ;)
