I intend to weigh in early this week (Saturday instead of Sunday) and have a lovely glass or two of wine and some chocolate on Saturday night. I think I!!!8217;ve banked enough Syns. I think I might make next week the start of keeping actual, proper track of my Syns so I can reward myself at the end of the week. Looking back over past food diaries I tend to have very few during the week and should be using them at the weekend.[/FONT]Matron_Midge wrote: »WELL DONE BUBBS! So proud and happy for you.
I'm back from my hols and been up to class and have gained 3LBS.
I'm just out of range now so my mission is to get back in by next week. It really is amazing how quickly the weight sneaks on.
Plan today :-
He a skimmed milk
He b ww wrap
B yog and banana
L chicken and salad wrap
D veg tagine with couscous.
Syns not sure, might have wine but think I've had a liverful over the last two weeks3lb gain is not too bad after a holiday x
Congratulations Bubbs; that's a good loss and taking you just below target is brilliant.
Today's plan:
B - boiled eggs; asparagus to dip (was lovely!)
L - HM chicken liver parfait (0.5 per portion for the little brandy in it!)
D - Keema curry with rice (from freezer)
Not a lot of Speed today but I'll have some fruit during the day.
HEA - milk
HEB - bread (making melba toast to go with the parfait!); 1 Ryvita to make up the HEB (2 slices of crustless is just under 40g)
Syns - 2.5 ml brandy 0.5; mini flake (intended for 99 icecreams!) 2; may have a couple of G&Ts again 6
If anyone's interested the mini flakes come in a box of 14 for £2 and are available in Iceland.
