Amazed to report 2lbs off tonight.
Hopefully now you're a little bit happier with SW!:)
Well done beanie and shell :T:T
You did really well to lose in just a few days denise
I bought my jigger at the Bombay Sapphire distillery when we went for a tour.I Googled them and they are in John Lewis or eBay or Amazon. I don't measure much on SW but I do measure my gin! :rotfl:

Omg on all the losses, amazing results, still getting to remember names, so collective congrats as I don't want to miss anyone out.
I maintained again, I know it is still positive, but starting to get a bit disheartened about the plateau. Started countdown so bought a journal which I hope will encourage me for the next couple of months. Also, as the weather is starting to "improve", we will be eating less stodgy food anyway, so maybe things will start to move naturally.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
