Miss teach~~ Well done on SOTM
Where did you get your gym bits and bobs please?
I got a couple of tops in TK Maxx and a crop top and shorts in Debenhams in the sale. Most of my gym stuff is adidas. I bought a few bits in Sports Direct then bought a few more leggings and t-shirts when I went to East Midlands Designer Outlet. He wasn't with me, but my husband works at the University and gets a student discount card through work and I found out last time they do student discount, so I must go back with him at some point!0 -

Thanks people!
A good day today! Had some quark and fruit for breakfast then went to the gym for a 90 min yoga class. I'm not really sold on the yoga to be honest, I found it difficult to switch off and think I prefer to work up a proper sweat in the gym especially if I'm there that long!
Then headed into town and had a chicken teriyaki salad from Subway. Counting 2 syns for the sweet onion sauce.
Bought a couple of dresses today as I have a few weddings coming up. Tried on a size 16 in Dorothy Perkins but had to go back out and switch to a 14! Also bought another dress in Quiz in a size 16 - it's quite short and I'm wondering if it's suitable for the wedding, but if not it can be a hen do option instead! Also bought a new sports bra and a few other bits for the gym. Got some of the Jordan's skinny syrup whipped foam topping for on my coffee too in TK Maxx.
Weighed in tonight and was delighted with another -2lb and was awarded Slimmer of the Month with 9.5lb off in March! Slimmer of the week didn't stay either so myself and another girl were the second highest losers so we split the slimmer of the week basket. Then I won the raffle, which I'd been eyeing up on our groups facebook page as it was a basket of chocolate and sweets which makes up for not having an easter egg!
That sounds like a really good day to me :-)0 -
Evening everyone.
Chin up Beanie - you get great losses when you're in the zone and sometimes there are other priorities. I hope you're feeling a bit more comfortable soon.
Thanks for the drink suggestions - I'd totally forgotten about lime and soda as a drink so that'll be my new go-to when driving with just a dash of lime for flavour - gin all the way otherwise!
Low syn day to make up for the bl**dy Macdonalds yesterday!
B Bran flakes, berries and yoghurt (1 syn for the flavoured yoghurt)
L Mushroom omelette with salad, dressed with a bit of free cottage cheese, orange
D Pasta bake - onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, passata and a little veggie mince, egg and yoghurt topping with a bit of philly light (3) salad, LTL mayo (1/2), banana
Tomorrows plan
B As today
L Something with ham (needs eating up)
D Linda Mc sausages with mash and veg, splash of gravy

Sorry I havent been around much, I been so exhausted and fatigued. Havent has much had the energy to do anything. 3 weeks on Saturday until awards night  Had my final dress rehearsal as it were and I think its as good as its going to get so my case is all packed! Hotel is booked, beauty therapist booked to come and do my nails- Im all sorted. Didnt realise how short my dress was  but too late to worry about that now :rotfl: Am being incredibly good which usually at this stage before awards night I have just given up completely and have to find a bigger dress :rotfl: in a hotel in Liverpool for most of next week and I have a suitcase full of SW friendly dried food- crispbreads, HiFi bars, water, skinny popcorn, Hula Hoops Pufts, long life cartons of chocolate soya drink, measured portions of cereal in pots.. I luckily also have access to an Aldi and a big Tesco where I am going to buy fruit in the mornings and cooked meat in the evenings so I have SW friendly breakfasts and suppers. Tea each night will be Nandos so I have one hot meal plus Subway salads for lunch. Big final push!
Todays menu:
B: HEXB HiFi x 2, Apple, pear, Light and Free yoghurt. HEXA Alpro choc soya drink (+1.5)
L: Omelette with onions, peppers, mushrooms and ham. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas. Chocolate cereal bar (3.5) water
T: Salmon kedgeree and mixed veg. Raspberries, Total 0.0 yoghurt, 1 sachet Highlights (2) water

Miss Teach, that was an amazing day! Got weigh in tonight, hoping for a loss, but the way things have been since Christmas, will be happy just to maintain. Now the weather should be starting to improve, will be more inclined to eat less stodgier food, so hopefully will get kick started again.
B Weetabix
L Chicken salad
D Last of lasagne
Have a good day everyoneA smile costs little but creates much0
