Fantastic photos missteach. You look absolutely amazing.:T

On the rare occasions I'm in a pub and not drinking I prefer to have fizzy water or occasionally a slimline tonic esmy. I really don't like sweet drinks.

I'm out for a meal later to make up for one I missed on a snow day. It's a lovely Italian restaurant. I've already decided on their bruschetta so that'll be about 6 syns at least. I'll maybe report back later on the rest of the meal.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, ham, fried egg, HEB toast, mushrooms and tomatoes. HEA milk for drinks
L: stir fried veg with noodles
    D: tbc

Probably shouldn't be posting this but what the hell!

Huge NSV for me today. Managed to fit myself into size 14 top and trousers in Asda. I wasn't even a size 14 when I left school for University fourteen years ago! Definitely not a actual size 14 and I've still got a few pair of size 16 jeans that I'm still trying to squeeze into but I'm taking that victory and running with it! I did a little dance in the changing room! Size 26 down to 14(kind of!)

Decided to do a face to face comparison as well. So many chins! No neck and now I've found a collarbone I didn't know I had! I really hate looking at my wedding pictures and wish I'd done this before I got married!

Another on plan day for me and a LBT class at the gym. Weigh in tomorrow.monaFS

    :j:j:j Well done :j:j:j

I'd also do chips of some sort with your dinner - carrot or swede chips will add extra Speed, which is always a bonus!
