B: HEXB Alpen NAS muesli, Lindahls passion fruit quark, raspberries. Decaf coffee with HEXA x 2
L: Tuna salad (2 syns for mayo) pear, can of Vimto Zero
T: Sea bass, SW chips, peas, salad. Blueberries with vanilla yoghurt and a sachet of Highlights stirred in (2) Bottle of Heineken 0.0 (3.5)
S: 3 Broghies with Quorn chicken style slices (3) Quavers (4.5)
Syns: 15

Been a boring week off

Monday went vets with our Poppy , on way home called at mums. Mum was just locking her door to go town so we came home.

Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday sat waiting for council :mad:

Should have mould washed in living room corner and bathroom.

Came bathroom needed stripping so they did that said ceiling needed plastering . Came and mould washed . No plasterer :mad:

Extractor fan in kitchen not worked since new kitchen 3 year in August. No one came to fix :mad:

Also PIV fitted. Came Tuesday said no where to fit it :mad:

When I rang liaison officer yesterday morning. She told me not too worry she would be back in touch and plasterer , electrician and PIV would all be done. Nothing was done :mad: I told her I was back in work Tuesday and they better not be knocking on my door frightening Poppy

Don’t talk to me about council :mad: waiting for work to be done here too.
Hubby took 3 days off just before beast of the east hit, first day got text to say workman was ill so everything was cancelled !!!!!!! text I ask you :mad:
Hubby contacted top bloke at council who came out to see him, got a right earful from hubby . Long and short of it work still not done :mad:. Hubby has had to take more time off as they couldn’t do work while I’m off so booked the week I go back :mad::mad::mad:
Also electric shower packed up, we were told plumber would be out to replace. He turns up looks at it writes make down and said right will order one! !!!!!!!!! We ended up buying one and fitting ourselves. Told the council to go !!!! themselves and emailed top boss again and told him we’re sending him the bill :rotfl: ( lot more to this story but won’t bore you :rotfl:)

Well done everyone that has lost, and massive congratulations Bubbs on getting to target.

I have had a rather hard few days. Totally off plan.
Found out my daughter needs an operation on her knee, and it's in 3 weeks. She is having so many issues at the moment, and it's looking like some genetic stuff my husband has in a mild form has been passed on to our daughter, but in a more severe form
Trying to stay strong for her, but really struggling, and still being told by my consultant that I need to relax and take it easy.

Really need to try and get my eating back under control though.

Not been on here for a couple of weeks as computer has been unwell :mad:
Lost0.5 lb.last week and 1 this week. Might reach target by Christmas. Can we have a plodding on club.

So sorry to hear that Kathryn. Hope your daughter's operation goes well.

Doctors can say some stupid things sometimes can't they - the number of times they tell mothers to rest - what the hell do they think your going to do with your kids if you do?
