Then went on to eat stupidly throughout the day and now am suffering for it with cramps and bathroom visits ( sorry TMI).

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D

Happy easter everyone. Leave the chocolate eggs alone and stick with real eggs!

Welcome Sunflower. If you need any help just post there's usually someone around who can answer any questions.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. Ended up drinking far too much wine last night so it will be damage limitation this week to rein it back!

    Today's plan:

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes & mushrooms (cooked by DH!)
L - 2 pea soup (uses both dried & frozen peas, with garlic, onion & potato)
D - boiled bacon, potatoes, carrots, onions & asparagus. Will use some of the stock & onions wizzed up to make a syn free gravy.

There will be plenty of meat left over so will slice some to have cold and in sandwiches and will also freeze some in gravy. Will also cube some of it to use like lardons (much leaner than lardons) which I'll also freeze.

    HEA - milk
HEB - 1 slice of WM bread/1 hifi bar
Syns - none planned but if I'm peckish during the evening I'll probably have a couple of water biscuits with a Laughing Cow for 3 syns

Finally a loss for me!! -3 pounds for me this week please! I really do think all the exercise I'm doing is putting on muscle though... and this week I'm hoping I'm hiding another loss next week as I always gain around this time... But we'll see!

I AM having a chocolate egg today  but I've been looking forward to it for months as it's my first piece of chocolate since January when I started this challenge... Have saved Syns all week.

We'll see what damage it does next week :rotfl:
