It’s snowing here again.
Gosh, I am miles behind, so I’ll just say well done losers and commiserations to everyone else!
Special mention to bubbs – woohoo!
My daughter had her hen night in Brighton, maman. To be fair, she was living in London at the time.
My goodness, some of you are being led a merry dance by your councils.
Sending hugs, Kathryn, to you and your family.
Happy belated birthday, Denise:bdaycake:
Well done, Mrs_R, on your Sainsbury’s restraint.
Hello, Sunflower, nice to meet you.
Well, it’s the expected “syns will find you out” for me this week - +1.6lbs. Totally deserved. This week won’t be much better as I have 3 lunch dates. I’ve fitted them all in the one week as I don’t know when I’ll get off picking grandson up from school. DD should be able to drive again fairly soon.
Breakfast: blueberries, strawberries, kiwi & ff Greek yogurt, ½ hexb toast and jam (1)
Lunch: syn free quiche Lorraine ( ½ hexa), mixed salad, beetroot, ½ hexb bread & butter (3), melon & ginger
Dinner: lamb keema (8) & rice, bit of naan bread (5), ff Greek style strawberry yogurt
Snack: syn free quiche Lorraine ( ½ hexa)
So that puts me 2 syns over; not a great start to the week. I'm putting it down to the snow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Ooh, like the idea of the chart, can I join in for the month and then continue as the rest of you please? Would like to achieve 7lb loss by end of April, but as nothing seems to be happening, not holding my breath
Going to a wedding beginning of June so would like to be a bit closer to my original target of 5st then.
Have not done too badly all weekend, although did blow it on Sunday in that I ate an Easter Egg. However, as Saturday and yesterday were ESP days, hopefully not impacted too badly.
Today is:
B Overnight oats
L Chicken salad
D Lamb with roasted med veg, currently looks as if I will be having an SP dayA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Hi, Sorry you are feeling like this, i would book some holiday and try and pull back what you can so you are back within range then when you go back wont have to pay x
Hi Bubbs, thanks. I am going this weekend, hopefully usual consultant should be back. I will book off the 14th & 21st April as holiday, as I need the extra time on the Saturday mornings for a bit.
I have the day off today, as I get Monday & Tuesday off rather than the Friday & Monday. Am taking the girls shopping and getting a couple of belated birthday presents for younger DD.
Hope everyone has a good day.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
