    Morning all.
I realise you are half way through your challenge but please can I join again?

If so can you put me down for 7lb goal please, if I don't start now I'll be over a stone heavier than summer last year and struggled to fit into my clothes then.......

    Tia.
Ooh, like the idea of the chart, can I join in for the month and then continue as the rest of you please? Would like to achieve 7lb loss by end of April, but as nothing seems to be happening, not holding my breath :( Going to a wedding beginning of June so would like to be a bit closer to my original target of 5st then.

Have not done too badly all weekend, although did blow it on Sunday in that I ate an Easter Egg :(. However, as Saturday and yesterday were ESP days, hopefully not impacted too badly.

    Today is:

    B Overnight oats
    L Chicken salad
D Lamb with roasted med veg, currently looks as if I will be having an SP day

Of course you can join the challange.
Hope it goes well for you.

    Hello :D
    What is a doubledown please?

KFC did a limited edition called doubledown last year.

2 KFC fillets used as a sandwich, with cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce inbetween.

I use the following per person:-

2 × chicken breasts or one thick one sliced into two lengthways

    In one bowl

    2 beaten eggs

In the other bowl, mixed well

4-6 tablespoons of smash (depends on the surface area of the breast)
    2 tsp powdered chicken stock
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 180c, covet a tray with foil and spray it with frylight

Dip chicken in the beaten egg, drip a little, then roll chicken in the dry mix. Then dip in the egg again (no drip this time) then roll in the dry mix, ensuring no gaps. Place on the lined tray and squit with frylight.

Bake for 30 minutes. Then, on a square of foil, layer one piece of chicken, then 20g of reduced fat cheese, a tbsp of barbecue sauce (1 syn) and 2 cooked slices of bacon with the fat removed, then the other piece of chicken.

Wrap into a parcel and leave the cheese to melt (I tend to prep the salad now). Eat from the foil like a wrap/burrito *

I do my chips on a much higher heat, so I did them first then gave them a quick blast in the microwave.

Best fakeaway KFC I've had and well worth a syn.

    * I usually get halfway through then have to use a knife and fork :D

Sounds good top girl. Do you not need to syn the smash too though as it's a tweak not the normal use of smash?

I've been struggling with a fibromyalgia flare for the last couple of days. With bad timing this has coincided with being very busy at work which is not a good combo.

    Food today has been:
    Breakfast: americano coffee
Lunch: Piri Lori chicken with salad
Dinner: chilli con carne with cauliflower rice

Syns: small glass white wine (5)

    HEA milk HEB wholemeal roll

    Thanks beanielou.

I'm 2.5 stone more than my ideal weight but will have to think of it as 7lb chunks, literally. :D

Porridge for breakfast, didn't get chance to have lunch today but did a chicken dinner tonight. I suppose the gravy, roast parsnips and cranberry sauce will be today's sins.
Must admit I had less trimmings than usual but filled up on leeks, cabbage and carrots.

Decaf coffee now and then an early night.
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!
