    Fell off plan again :(
    Unplanned (but very lovely) meal and drinks with an old friend, nothing remotely SW friendly on the menu so threw caution to the wind.
    Enjoyed it though! I was told I look amazing and that I have done really well though which was a confidence boost- I was wearing a cropped Bardot top and some size 16 skinny jeans which I felt really confident in which was great.
    It was just one meal- been good otherwise today!
