    It’s snowing here again.

Gosh, I am miles behind, so I’ll just say well done losers and commiserations to everyone else!
Special mention to bubbs – woohoo!

My daughter had her hen night in Brighton, maman. To be fair, she was living in London at the time.

My goodness, some of you are being led a merry dance by your councils.

Sending hugs, Kathryn, to you and your family.

    Happy belated birthday, Denise:bdaycake:

Well done, Mrs_R, on your Sainsbury’s restraint.

Hello, Sunflower, nice to meet you.

Well, it’s the expected “syns will find you out” for me this week - +1.6lbs. Totally deserved. This week won’t be much better as I have 3 lunch dates. I’ve fitted them all in the one week as I don’t know when I’ll get off picking grandson up from school. DD should be able to drive again fairly soon.

Breakfast: blueberries, strawberries, kiwi & ff Greek yogurt, ½ hexb toast and jam (1)
Lunch: syn free quiche Lorraine ( ½ hexa), mixed salad, beetroot, ½ hexb bread & butter (3), melon & ginger
Dinner: lamb keema (8) & rice, bit of naan bread (5), ff Greek style strawberry yogurt
Snack: syn free quiche Lorraine ( ½ hexa)

So that puts me 2 syns over; not a great start to the week. I'm putting it down to the snow.
    Thankyou x

    Morning all.
I realise you are half way through your challenge but please can I join again?

If so can you put me down for 7lb goal please, if I don't start now I'll be over a stone heavier than summer last year and struggled to fit into my clothes then.......

    Tia.
    Welcome back :D

L - WM roll (HEB) with gammon & syn free picalilli (2 syns for spread)
D - LO gammon, veg & sweet potato mash

    HEA - milk as usual
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - 9.5 as above

It was a home made one I bought at a farmers market when I was away one weekend. It's much spicier than anything you can buy in the SM. It's made using sweetner instead of sugar! No idea how much but as I only have about a Tbs at a time I'm certainly not synning it.

I've nearly finished it now but thinking I might have a go at making some myself and see if I can get something similar.

    Evening lovelies!

    Hope you're all well.

We managed to escape the house this afternoon. Only to the Post Office and Asda but it was fresh air and natural light, loved it!

Fully on plan today with a nervous eye on tomorrow's Champions League game:

    B) Fried egg and cheese on toast with a side of fried mushrooms (1/2 hexa and hexb)

    D) Homemade potato, bacon and leek soup

    T) The tremendous KFC Doubledown fakeaway (1 + 1/2 hexa) with chips and salad.

I have some strawberries and yogurt for later :)
