B - porridge; mixed frozen berries (HEB)
L - LO beef casserole; mash (1 syn for tsp of spread)
D - pork steaks, roast potatoes, roasted onions & peppers, spring greens, peas, splash of gravy (1 syn)
HEA - 350ml skimmed milk
HEB - 40g porridge
Syns - spread 1; gravy 1; Hifi bar 3

How do you make mushroom and potato hash topgirl? Sounds tasty.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: cold meat, beetroot and fried veg (mostly Speed)
baked salmon, SW chips, tomato, mushroom, green stuff

Very tired so I don't think there'll be much BM today. It's not that Top Baby is a bad sleeper, she isn't. It's just so wearing looking after them at this age when they're so very dependent on you for every single thing. She is an absolute delight though. I wish I wasn't a technobimbo and I'd happily show you all.
Anyway - today's plan!
B - Mushroom and potato hash with Henderson's relish
D - Chicken noodle soup
T - Chicken Biryani
HEXA - Milk
HEXB - Pitta with my biryani
Syns - not sure yet. Got some of that low syn popcorn from Sainsburys so might have that with an options and a couple of laughing cow triangles on celery sticks later on.

If we lost 1/2 lb a week for a year we would loose nearly two stone.4lb off please
