    Slightly decadent day today but it felt worth it!

    Breakfast: porridge with honey (HEA HEB 2)
    Lunch: pork belly and broccoli (10)
    Dinner: baked beans on toast (6)

    Evening all
    Meh. Not a good day. My team lost narrowly (to OHs team :mad: cue gloating OH :D)and my face is all sunburned! OH wanted a coffee before the game so had to stand in queue at burger van breathing in delicious burger type smells- but I resisted!
    Todays food:
    B: Sausages (1.5) peppers, onions, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes. Decaf coffee with HEXA
    L: 4 x chicken skewers (2) HEXB 2 x HiFi, double choc cereal bar (3.5) Apple, pear, water. Decaf coffee with HEXA
    T: Chicken in Nandos sauce (4) SW chips and salad. SW rice pudding (3.5) with blueberries
    Syns: 14.5
    Night all xx

    Just popping into to report -3lb. Puts me back where I was when I went away at the start of March. Intensely irritated by how much time I've lost, but it is what it is. Onwards and downwards.
