Woohoo Kathrynha. That's a good loss! Well done.
My food today
Breakfast: cinnamon and oatmeal bake (HEB) I made a batch but am getting bored after 3 days in a row so something different tomorrow I think!
Lunch: beef and vegetable soup, wholemeal bread (4)
Dinner: black bean burger, cheese (HEA), wholemeal roll (6)
Snack: fat free yogurt with stevia and vanilla essence and fresh orange slices.
Too much bread today really - good for my fibre though. Good idea about the sardines maman - I do like them so will give them a try0 -

Well done Kathryn.
Beanie you would be amazed at what beer you can get for free - bubbs will help you x
Bubbs - I have 6 bottles of tattinger - I am rather pleased that I found them.
I also have 18 bottles of monopole champagne, and about 200 bottles of wine - enough for a rather boisterous English wedding party!!
I've been superdooper fabulous today as I have been munching my way through the huge pan of veg in chopped tomato all day..... god I hope I do not have the pumps on the plane!
The suitcases are in the car.... just one cabin case left which I am throwing things in willynilly!!100 -

4lb is awesome! Well done!
Weigh in for me tomorrow and I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for 1.5lb to get that next award. Hope the residential hasn't set me back too much. Was at body combat last night and Legs, bums and tums tonight so have been right back on the body magic. I've even signed up to do an insanity class on Thursday night but I'm now worried I'm going to keel over and die in the class or, more embarassingly, wet myself as all the jumping lunges and squats tonight have made me realise how poor my bladder control is! :rotfl:0 -
Evening all
Thanks for the kind comments about the dress- much appreciated:D

Question for beanie : My DD2 gave me Edinburgh gin for Mothers' Day. It's 3 small bottles of raspberry, elderflower and plain. With the flavoured ones, do you have it neat like a liqueur or mix it?:D
Those classes sound like punishment missteach . Good luck for WI.0 -
