Great stuff, p00hsticks (But what on earth is beef lobby?)

Thank you. 'Lobby' is the Potteries (Stoke-on-Trent) version of what Liverpudlians call 'scouse', as taught by my late mother-in-law. Basically a beef stew, with everything just 'lobbed in' to the pot. Diced swede, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and beef (traditonally you also include pearl barley but we give it a miss).

Thanks for the chart, kathrynha and ChrisV - and love the dress Mrs Ryan - great NSV!

• Hello all

Quick update for Monday and then I'll go back to read the thread.

I have had an awful weekend. Well, it was lovely but so, so off plan. Since I went away for a few days I seem to be really struggling to get fully back on plan. Then I had a firm grip during the week but went and had an accident on Friday morning when I went over the handlebars of my bike. I was lucky to escape with bruising but still. I consider that I EARNED the wine. And the kebab was OK; a simple chicken shish with salad but I then I had Turkish bread and mayo.

Then, on Saturday my lovely husband bought and cooked fillet steak with all the trimmings - and he cooks in butter. THEN my son and his girlfriend made brownies and it would have been rude not to taste them.

Anyway, I paid for my gluttony with a +3lb. Ouch. Back on plan and I have discovered something amazing; Alpro long life chocolate soya milk. 250ml for HEX A. My porridge is now chocolate flavoured. Today is a speed day.

B - Oats so Simple big bowl with 250ml Alpro chocolate (HEX A & B)
L - Chicken salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, spring onions, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and pomegranate seeds) with a squirt of light salad cream (2)
D - Left over Sloppy Joe cheeseburger bake with a wholemeal roll (second HEX B) with broccoli, cabbage, green beans and peas.
S - Grapes, raspberries, 2 sastumas, 2 x Murray Mints (2)

Been rather busy again.
Daughter had her birthday sleepover at the weekend, so I've been busy with that, and her hospital appointments and my hospital appointments, and hubby's hospital appointments, and work, etc. So much for taking thing easy. I'm absolutely knackered.

Weigh in tonight for me. Not sure how it will go. Eaten good half the time, and even when I've eaten bad I've still had loads of speed. Just feeling hungry all the time and struggling to grab for something healthy. Before being ill it would have been a banana, a HB egg or ham, but I'm not allowed them, and fruit just isn't filling me.

Today's plan:
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - noodles

HA - milk
HB - none planned
Syns - cranberry juice (2.5), salad dressing (1), miso (0.5)
Zebras rock
• BEANIE, we have done several 18 beers for 18 years hampers (well boxes wrapped up)
Gone down very well indeed. I suppose it depends who it is for as these were for friends children rather than nephews/God sons.
