Morning all. Annoyingly STS for me. I have had a good week and was showing a good loss mid week. But weekend not so good.

We went away for the weekend and I had to have a KFC dinner on Sat night. There were only 2 options where we were. We had planned Wetherspoons where I was going to have a jacket pot and salad. As we approached, the doorman said children couldnt come in as it was after 9pm. So KFC it was. I had a regular 3 piece boneless meal which was about 28 syns!!!

Then, yesterday morning, we had a Premier Inn breakfast. I tried to be very conscious of syns and had an egg, lots of beans and mushrooms, 1 hash brown and half a piece of toast. Still too much! Hopefully, back on track today and will show a loss for next week!

Well done Nicki & P00hsticks on SOTW.

Watermelon is really not floating my boat - especially when the others have had croissants for breakfast.

I was going to swimming this morning but had a restless night and it occurred to me that the pool wouldn't be open so didn't go.

Foodwise I think a stirfry is in order so that will be relatively healthy.

    Hello Everyone.

There's absolutely no way I can read back on a week or more of posts so just wishing everyone well on their SW journey.:A

Italy was great as was my birthday lunch before I went. Food has been mixed. Great breakfasts of fruit, ham and eggs and reasonable dinners with tomato based pasta sauces, steak and chicken. The downfall was probably sandwich type lunches and the wine flowed very well, every night!

Back on it today. We're away again for Easter and a couple of meals out before then so I'm determined to do my best when I can. I asked DH what he fancied for dinner tonight and he just said 'Vegetables!'.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
    L: apple
D: chicken casserole (carrots, onion, leeks, mushrooms, celery, butter beans) with new potatoes, cauli and broccoli
Syns: 6 for extra porage, 2 for syrup, 1 for cornflour
