I would be hungry then, i dont have any snacks, and also thats mostly speed:cool:

You could maybe try making the same amount but only eating 2/3 and setting the rest aside. If you are hungry before the next meal, then you can eat the other 1/3 but if you aren't you've reduced the quantity painlessly?

Thanks for doing the chart Kathrynha.

    Today's food for me

    Breakfast- apple cinnamon oatmeal (HEB)
Lunch - turkey breast, salad, sweet potato
Dinner- black bean burger, wholemeal roll, slice cheese (HEA, 6)
    Snack -mini doughnut (h/m) (2)

I've been logging food on my fitness pal and have realised I'm not getting enough calcium or iron on a regular basis so have also started to take a supplement to try to make sure that's covered. I also need to tweak my diet slightly to increase fibre but I met my target on that today with my dinner choice.

Just need to get back on the exercise horse now!

    Evenin :D
Big style NSV today. I run the unofficial fans Twitter site for my rugby team, and its part of a worldwide network of such sites. So I got an invite today to their end of season bash, and its a posh do. Dress code for ladies is posh frocks in, or accessorised with, team colours. I only own one suitable dress :o and thats my awards night dress which is navy blue. As my team play in green and white I thought thats not going to work :D I had some time to kill before my meeting with my mentor so I wandered into Quiz and I noticed they had a sale on :D I had a quick half hearted rifle through the sale rail and nothing caught my eye. I was just about to leave when something caught my eye.
All Im going to say is this:
    https://www.quizclothing.co.uk/clothes/00100012906.html
Size 16, fits like a glove. Reduced to £19. :D happy me!

B: HEXB 2 x HiFi, extra mint choc cereal bar (3.5) 2 pears, vanilla yoghurt. HEXA Alpro choc soya drink (+1.5)
L: Chicken tikka and boiled egg salad, Arla Skyr Sour Cherry yoghurt (1.5) water, coffee (0.5)
T: SW ready meal (Aromatic chicken noodles) broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. Halo Top cookie dough (4.5) blueberries, water
S: Chicken drumsticks, Hula Hoops pufts (3.5)

Great stuff, p00hsticks (But what on earth is beef lobby?), Nicki, tweets (super) and gts.

MissTeach, just reading about your activities has worn me out! Sounds like you had fun.

Poppy is so cute keeping her wee toy safe in the snow

Congrats, Nickki and p00hsticks on being SOTWs.

    Hi, Stoke.

Welcome home, maman. Glad you had a fab birthday break.

Next time, bubbs – all good things come to those who wait!

Mrs_R, that’s a stunning dress. Enjoy it (with those new undies).

Well, I had an unsurprising gain of 2.2lbs this last week. All down to me, myself and me alone.

Better effort today, despite things going a bit awry.

Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix (hexb), raspberries, blueberries & banana
Lunch: sandwich (6), xl mayo (2), cooked ham & cheese (hexa)
Dinner: scrambled eggs, bacon & beans, Skyr raspberry yogurt, 2 plums
    Snack: 2 x ginger nuts (4)

I’m trying something new, re tracking syns. I might be forced to give up sooner rather than later!
It’s still a ‘syns bank’, but I’m hoping the colour will make what I’ve used even clearer/ more obvious.
