Will not be able to afford eightteen but will see what I can do.
Need a box.Ponders.
Will put in his favourite chocolates too.
Thanks again MM
You're welcome.
Maybe an 18th birthday survival kit? Paracetamol, Alka Seltzer, red bull, chocolate etc. You could add beer for "hair of the dog," condom (depending on how it would go down) or even a voucher for a fry-up at a local cafe.
My daughter did this for a friend and there was lots of laughing whilst it was being opened as she had written on a tag for each item eg " you'll need this for the nausea!"
Off on hols on Friday. Back after Easter and will have to knuckle down with the sw plan. Too many treats have slipped in and will continue to do so while we are away I expect. The good thing is that I know it works, I just have to DO IT!0 -
3.5lbs loss for me this week taking me up to 3 st 6lbs in total. Not bothered about being 1lbs off an award. Life's not a sprint. This is a long term thing for me.
SOTW in group thoughLovely to win a big bag of fresh veggies.

6th of May, so that's a fair number of weeks away. I'd love to be at target at that point, which in my case I think involves another 2st 7lbs coming off me (off the top of my head). Probably a bit optimistic, if I'm honest, so I think I'm going to aim for 2 stone. By that time, I'm within clutching distance.
Just realised, I'm over 50% of the way to my target.
