Put on 1lb this week,so didnt lose an ounce over the whole challenge!:eek:
Is it really worth bothering doing the challenge till the thyroid problem is sorted in 3 months time? Have given up on Slimming World, what's the use of my son paying for me when I cant lose.Embarrassing!
Unless I do it to just maintain for a while, then try again? Will have to think about what to do this week Was so happy losing 4 stone in a year, this losing NOTHING is awful.:(:(
Just keep plodding, you have done really well:T:T

  • Hello....I'm back with tail between my legs.

Dusty, I'm the same with there not being any difference between the start of this challenge & now & if I'm being really honest, this is the first time in my life that my weight is depressing me lol

So I've decided that for the next challenge I'm setting my self a target of - 1lb (is that allowed ?)

SSM - currently reading He said She said which I'm enjoying.

Maman - have a great day

TIE - if it's any consolation hubby finished our bathroom last weekend.....7 years after he started it.

We're away this weekend so will be weighing to tomorrow (if I get up early enough) but taking SW friendly meals as it's in the middle of nowhere!

So I really need some advice please.
I am just about at the bottom of my current target.
(As I increased it a while ago)
I am pondering whether to decrease it again by another 1/2 stone.
The problem is I really really cant afford to.
I just dont know what to do.
    Help.
