Stay as you are for now then in a while if you can afford it, go for it xx
Why not try just sticking with the plan but not going to group beanie ?
:T on today's loss.
You will go up and down a bit at target bubbs . Everyone's weight fluctuates but they don't notice if they don't weigh weekly. As you've been good it will show up in the end.
It's tough fighting against the thyroid until the medication is stabilised dusty . I'm sure your son doesn't mind paying but you could always take a break and start again in 3 months if it makes you feel better. Meanwhile I'd stay on plan to stop you gaining.
It's progress tie . You're getting there.0 -

Have had the day from hell today. Spent most of it on the phone- OH PIP claim was turned down with the most spectacular set of lies I have ever seen  I had the flare up from hell of my IBS and I got rejected from the only PhD I found that I had a) any interest in and b) the right funding meaning I feel like my degree and MA have been in vainAll I can say is that thank god I had no money to buy any junk food or I would have fell spectacularly off the wagon! Only bright points were finding out that OH is getting a big back payment in his wages tomorrow that will make life a bit easier this month and the fact that ssssh dont tell anyone but I have signed up for another OU degree
this one will be a mix of sports sciences/sports psychology and law. Sounds pretty interesting!

by heck what a time you have had. You can appeal the PIP decision - but before you do, read the threshold criteria to ensure that you are not appealing wrongly.
Have they said why you cannot do the PHD? Challenge them, and find out their reasons, then you can adapt for the future.
Another degree.... you are addicted to study!
Quern hot dogs 1.5 - I have not had them but I would have assumed that they were free! I count the sausages as free - but I wing it mostly!100 -

They’re 0.5 Syns each but greedy piggy here had 3
We are appealing, I do volunteer benefits work so I know the system and my boss is helping. It was just too much competition I guess- it is like a job application in that sense! There was just a better candidate for the job. It is true what they say that OU study is addictive :rotfl:*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Hugs Mrs R, you have done amazingly to keep positive with all of the carp being chucked at you at the moment.
TIE, many years ago we had the house nice and tidy as we were having visitors. In the middle of the night before they came (Saturday night) there was an unmerciful crash in the the bathroom, the cistern had fallen off the wall and smashed the loo to smithereens, for some reason the cistern didn't break. Full scale panic as the shops didn't open on a Sunday then. Thankfully we knew someone who was building a house and they hadn't fitted the fixtures in the bathroom, so we took theirs and bought a replacement for them. Thank goodness for good friends, they had to wait until the cement went off before the loo could be used!
STS Happy with that after my week!A smile costs little but creates much0 -

I didn't weigh today. Enough said.
I did buy in a discount store some Quaker Oats Pumpkin Spice porridge sachets so if it's nice I'll buy a stock of them.0
