You had to talk about feeding.... I want chocolate!

Today has been my first day back on plan... I had soup when they had burgers, I had pot/veg/sausage when they had shepherds pie, they had pancakes/cheese cake, I had fruit and yoghurt, they had wine, I had water!

    Very pleased with myself!

But one day does not make a plan!

I have decided I need something to look forward to - so searching for a holiday (although we have no money!)

I start work again on the 14th :(:(:(:(:( but at least sticking to plan is easier when I am working as I don't have time to eat other than munch on carrots!

    Morning all.

I'm afraid in the last fortnight I've dived off the SW wagon into a vat full of syns and the consequence is +5 1/2 lb.

Can I set a target of -14 lb for the next challenge please ?
I'm hoping as that 5.5lb went on in just a fortnight I can get it off in the same timescale and then get back on track.

I've also decided that when I go away for over a week in future I'm going to take scales, as if I'd seen the damage earlier it might have put me back on the straight and narrow earlier.

    Plan for today:

B: Overnight oats (HEXB grapenuts, raspberry & cranberry muller light, mixed berries)
L: Salad - pepper, cucumber, mushrooms, hard boiled egg, ham
D: 5% fat burgers, jacket potato, more salad

    Snacks: melon, easy peelers
Syns: none planned - possibly a kit kat for 5.5 (there is a new 'lemon drizzle' flavour out - ASDA are currently selling 9 for £1)

WI with a gob dropping 2.2lb  can’t beleive it! Sitting here making excuses for it :rotfl: like new floor in bathroom is more level than before? Showering has washed away 2lb worth of grubbiness :rotfl: Oh well whatever the reason I’m enjoying the moment :D:j

Bathroom saga continues - yesterday shower was all fitted ( except curtain and rail) so electrician was supposed to wire it in but didn’t turn up  so hubby said !!!! this and did it himself when he got in from work ( 9.30pm ). So at least we had a shower, was sooooo nice :D. Had another one this morning, bliss :D
Today I will mainly be cleaning the kitchen of the building dust

Have a good weekend all :A:A

    Hi all.

Well done losers, glad you've got a bathroom back TIE, you've been more patient than I would have been!

Today's body magic is cleaning the blooming car, something I do very rarely tbh but it's in for MOT next week so at least it'll look as if I look after it!

    Todays menu
B SW oat pancakes with bacon and beans - if you don't sweeten them they go well with savoury stuff
L Probably just fruit and yoghurt - still full from breakfast!
D Aldi lamb rogan josh with rice, and salad with raita

Enjoy the sunshine if you have any!

Morning all :), some good losses this week :T

I think that kathrynha may still be busy this week, and perhaps it's time to be getting ready for next week - so if it's ok with everyone....

Advance warning of the new challenge

This challenge finishes Sunday night, so it's time to start thinking about the next challenge
Slimming Towards Summer - unless someone wants to suggest a different name :)

I will start the new thread at the weekend, and the new challenge will run from Monday 7th May to Sunday 1st July which is 8 weeks.

If you would like to be part of the next challenge please post clearly what you would like to lose during the challenge and I will add you to the spreadsheet.

    Bump for the weekend :)

These are the next challenges I've spotted up to now - hope I haven't missed anyone.
