Just a quick post to say I had a pleasant surprise this morning
Did weigh and go at a local group and lost 2lbs!:j

That puts me just a pound over target and in range. :D

I last weighed on 15th February so that's great for maintaining through my birthday, week in Italy, Easter in Brighton and last week's trip to Cornwall.

Off to the wedding for the weekend.... then it all starts again!

Have a good weekend all. Hope the sun shines on you whatever you're doing. :A

You're not in deepest darkest West Wales are you joedenise? Sounds very much like the site we're on!

No, a small village in Kent. About 3 miles or so from the actual village. Haven’t been to Wales for about 30 years but hoping to go in the next few years.

I didn't weigh today. Enough said.

I did buy in a discount store some Quaker Oats Pumpkin Spice porridge sachets so if it's nice I'll buy a stock of them.

Was that £stretchers by any chance as someone in group mentioned that yesterday?

That’s brilliant Maman. I’m trying to get as near to bottom end before my holiday in just over 3 weeks time.

The sun has certainly been shining today. We’ve been sitting outside in it since we arrived about 2pm. Just come back in as the sun has disappeared behind the trees.

Cus - it popped up on something and I looked at it and made them and they were rather nice!

Apart from tea (shepherds pie and lots of veg for them (whoopies 20% fat beef from yesterday), - sausages, new pot and lots of veg for me) and for pudding white chocolate pancake (whoopie), cheese cake (reduced waities), blueberries and ice-cream for them - quark and blueberries for me....I think I am back on plan, hence me needing to get some recipes - I cannot return to just eating carrots! I am trying to figure out which baked oats to make!
