    Chuffing cold here today.
Hoping for a loss later~~we will see!!

It's great here too. We're off to a wedding this weekend so I'm delighted for the bride.

Before I go (we're staying over Friday and Saturday night) I have to go to WI. DH laughed because I put it off for a day hoping to lose a bit more!:D

Over the weekend there will be plenty of wine syns and when I can I'll make wise choices about food but some will be beyond my control.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L: ham, fried egg, mushrooms, asparagus
D: chicken casserole (onion, leeks, carrots, celery, courgettes, mushrooms, butter beans) with cauli, broccoli and bits of kale and asparagus to use up.
    Syns: 1 for cornflour

I know it's disheartening to just stand still with your weight but it's got to be better than putting weight on, it certainly would be for me!

I think it's worth persevering. Maybe you just need to look at bit closer at what you are actually doing and eating. Perhaps just rereading your books and going back to basics? Worth thinking about.

I'm happy this week as have maintained even though I was expecting a gain!!

Think this week will be like last week - over syns for the weekend and reining it back in over the rest of the week!
