    We will try our best. Shall we do jokes. I only know one and it is rude - so don't read if easily offended.

    'what is the difference between your wife and your job'

    .....

    'after 7 years your job still s*cks'

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I only remember it as my sister told this joke at the Xmas dinner - full family including 92 year old grandmother, children etc... I nearly died!

    Yeah Maman I just need to get my head back round no snacking or syn free snacking I don't know why I started again. Any spare syns are saved for weekend wine

    As Maman said everyone is welcome on the thread. Welcome also to the "weekend wine" club!

    What do you calculate for wine/gin syns?
    Is there a chart? :beer:

    The syn values are available on the SW website. If you let us know what you like to drink we can tell you the wine syns, it varies depending on the strength of wine and size of glass. For example a 10-12% 125ml glass of red wine is 5 syns but a 14% 250ml glass of red is 12.5 syns.

    Gin and other spirits are 3 syns for a 25ml glass and a 35ml glass is 4 syns.

    If you need any other syn values just ask. There's usually someone around who can look them up for you.
