We could end up with poor Sparky taking two teams down in one season. That's no joke! :rotfl:
Last season I had half a Crunchie at half time every home game and we finished 8th in the Premiership. This season I've had fruit and we're in the relegation zone. Maybe if I'd had a whole Crunchie we'd be in the Champions League! Hope you like my logic!:rotfl:

Absolutely genius.
Yes, he's something special isn't he our Mark. Taking two clubs down in one year really does take a special kind of talent. Mind you, the less said about some of the squad the better.
I reckon a few need to go on SW themselves. Sportsmen they say?0 -
By next level, I just get back to plan. When I have good weeks I sometimes begin to stray, and yeah, I'll stop measuring. I'll also up my speed and maybe reduce a small amount of protein. 2/3 speed, 1/3 protein my usual.
-6.5lbs this week in my weigh-in. My best week since starting. My last record was -6lbs.
I'm officially 1st 5lbs off my target now. Not quite home straight, but getting there.I've just realised that according to BMI, my target means I'm still overweight.
5ft 8, 12st 7.5lbs = 26.6

Hello is there room for one more to join in please.
I have a last 6lbs to lose to get to my target weight but I have just lost my mojo altogether and am back to snacking away in the evenings now, so I'm hoping if I join in I will try harder.
Thanks0 -

That's a great idea. Those last few pounds are always the hardest. You wouldn't want to undo all the good work by going back to synful snacking. What about keeping your syns for the evenings? Or planning syn free snacks?
I'm undecided whether to go to WI tomorrow or leave it to Friday? I'm lucky there are groups everywhere here I can pop into.0 -
