Hooray for a floor TIE. Next stop a loo :)

Chris could you put me down for -12 for the next challenge please. Hopefully that should get me to target or very close to it if all goes well with this weeks weigh in.

I had a really busy day at work and hardly any food at all today which was not intended and not ideal. I had nothing at all until 1pm when I only managed time for a coffee and a banana. I didn't get time again until 4.30 and not time to eat all my lunch so only had two small falafel out of my salad bowl. Then a mini cupcake in a meeting with a cup of tea. Just had tea which was prawn and asparagus risotto. Can't face calculating syns but think that's only the cupcake. But barely any speed. I'm off tomorrow so time to eat!

    :T to Stoke and Milann.:)

Me neither, and definitely not before the end of the season! Oh but perhaps I could bring myself to say Amazing Loss!:D

Sorry tweets no. It seems the club shop doesn't have any more children's replica kits. Probably because they just reduced them. That means we're either going to be fleeced again with new strip or that Virgin don't want to sponsor a Championship side. Or both.:(

I'm counting 16 for wine and salad dressing last night so that leaves a few (will work it out in a moment) left for today. ETA: Added in today's 3 and that comes to 101 for the week!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, half HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: Lentil and veg soup, red berries & yogurt
    D: SW Bolognese with tagliatelle
Syns: HP sauce 1, Parmesan 2

Thanks are you definitely down :(

    Evening everyone.

Crikey 4 pages since I last posted! So in no particular order:

Welcome majorica, Beanie hope your toothache is better today, Milann and Stoke, great losses! TIE glad there's some progress on your bathroom,Maman it's a sign that you should be eating Crunchies!

Chrisv, I'll not join the next challenge but I'll keep reading and posting.

B Success on the breakfast pancakes this morning - 40g oats, 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons 0% fat yoghurt, whizzed in the blender and fried in frylight. This made 4 saucer sized pancakes with berries and more yoghurt. I think you could add a bit of sweetener and/or vanilla essence but I liked them as they were.
L JP with LO speedy bolognese and salad
D Salmon, new potatoes and green veg
Snacks Fruit and an Aldi choc chip and peanut bar - 7.5 syns but very worth it!

I'm poll clerking tomorrow so have just prepared all my food for the day - lots of fruit and water too.

    Have a good night.

Thanks for green day info, Denise. I only had extra hexb – I have done myself!

maman, I’ve been keeping an eye on the Saints’ results. I have my fingers and toes crossed. It looks like Swansea is the key. I think you should try out your Crunchie logic next season; I may have to test it myself.

Thanks for the suggestions, esmy. I enjoyed the “King & Maxwell” tv series and I like David Baldacci. I’ve been meaning to try Lee Child, so that’s a good tip. The Sue Monk book will fit for ‘S’.

    Magic NSV, bubbs.

beanie, I hope your toothache goes away soon – and invites your appetite to come too.

Wow, Stoke, that’s an amazing loss!

Hiya, majorica, there’s always room for one more!

    Hello, TIE’s floor.

It’s warm here tonight! I have windows open still and it’s almost 9 o’clock!

I’ll miss the next challenge too, chrisv, but I will still be pootling along on my SW jourmey.
