    Lots of speed for me today

    Breakfast: baked eggs with ham and cheese (HEA)
    Lunch: salad with poached egg and prosciutto
    Dinner: Thai beef salad with mango and peanuts (HEB)

    I also had some milk in coffee so say 4 syns for two white americanos

    I also had a sneak peek on scales today and am down in my last stone bracket! 13lbs to target...
