    Nice T bubbs.

I've done a bubbs and added loads of mushrooms to my pasta, really nice.
    Loads of salad as well.

Made a strawberry jelly, years since I've had a bowl of jelly, apart from trifle!
Served with strawberries and a small squirt of low fat cream.

Cold tonight though so fancy T and biscuits.
Bought a pack of arrowroots as I thought they weren't as bad as the others we have in.

I better send one for Poppy........

Haven't made it to group yet as I found out my consultant is on holiday and she is contacting head office to reinstate the weeks left on my countdown as I'd been in hospital for me - so I'll do my own thing until she's back.
Weighed myself at home and have lost 1 1/2 lb. I was gutted the other week when I went up a stone bracket but it's shocked me into doing something - I'm now out of it again and have no intention of ever going back and don't want to be in this one too long - want to see the one below :p

I stuffed my breasts with , onion, red and green peppers and broccoli, cooked for 3 mins in microwave in salted water, drained and then used 70g of philli light and mixed it altogether with a few garlic granules .
I seasoned the breasts first with paprika, made the slit, then stuffed, fastened with cocktail sticks, sealed in a hot pan on the hob, then placed in a hot dish in the oven and covered with foil.
This was 1/2 my hexa as was shared between dh and me
